It seems like the employees at this location are intentionally working in a way to ensure that customers do not come to their location. Hear me out:
We have 10-15 packages everyday that we drop off at this location. Note that these packages are pre-labeled because we have a commercial account. When we ask their employees for a cart to carry packages from parking lot they would not provide one saying they don’t have even though you could see it right behind them. Out of 10-15 packages when we take 5-6 packages from your car by hand because that’s how many you can fit in your hand and then drop off on their table inside to go pick up the rest of the packages from car the employees would not allow you to do that saying you have to be with your packages. But Ma’m I’m coming back in 2 seconds to get the rest of the packages from my car. But No. You have to wait for them to scan each package one by one and the go get the rest of the packages and follow the same process even though you don’t want the receipt in the first place.
It literally feels like they want to make it so hard for customers to drop off their packages so they would go somewhere else. Their behavior is a complete contrast from the employees at UPS location which is 1/2 mile away from them.
We do around $5000/month in FedEx and are planning to just move our whole account to UPS at this point.

Took the day off work to wait around for this package, refreshed my tracking and suddenly deliver attempted- stupid note left on my door! No one bothered knocking, and calling by phone was useless as they say they can’t get ahold of their own delivery drivers! Shame on you!

I have a large empty porch, why would you leave my package out in the driveway not under cover? Next time leave it on your truck go back clock out and give the job to someone who can work! My package got soaked in the rain ruining the contents. Absolute Poor work. Sincerely to the driver, ask yourself if you’d be okay with your 300$ delivery sitting in the rain.

I’ve only been waiting for a pair of shoes that have been held here since Feb. 28th….Every time I call it’s a different reason as to why I can’t just corn and pick up my package!! These were a birthday gift to myself & my birthday is in 2 days so I doubt I will see them in time…

If i could give zero stars i would. The driver continues to mishandle my packages upon delivery. I do not understand how this keeps happening. FEDEX doesn't hold there drivers accountable

This ship center itself has great customer service and the two women working the desk do what they can to assist. FedEx itself however is no longer what it once was. They guarantee delivery by a certain date or your money back. I paid for 2 shipment from this location one to Norfolk Virginia (2.5 hours away) and another from this location to Chicago. I sent both on a Saturday to be delivered by Monday morning at 8 am. The one to Chicago made it, the other did not.
When attempting to get the reimbursement for the shipment that did not make it in time I called FedEx, I was told I needed to file a claim on the website, though a claim is only if something isn’t delivered is lost, damaged etc. I call back and am told again that I need to file a claim and that I will have a link sent to me with instructions. I never receive the email or link. I call again and I’m told again the same thing and they will text me a link with the same instructions. The link I was sent is again the same link and instructions I had already found and could not file because it isn’t supposed to be a claim. It is instead supposed to be a billing adjustment, which I learn after the 4th call where I am then transferred to someone to assist me directly.
On this 4th call I am first told, oh since you made the shipment on Saturday, there is no way for it to arrive on Monday as there aren’t pickups on Saturday for next day delivery, so you won’t be entitled to a claim. I then inquired if that is the case how did the other shipment make it on Monday and travel a much great distance. Only after showing that what customer service was telling me is incorrect were they willing to assist me. I go through the process on their website with their assistance. After completing the form I am greeted with an error message. The assistant on the phone then tells me, “oh, if you receive that error you have to call this number instead”. I call this number at which point I’m told, you can’t file the claim until 5-7 days after the delivery was made.
FedEx once offered great service, this is no longer the case and it seems they attempt to put everything on the customer and even try to convince the customer that something was incorrect and a guarantee isn’t provided. FedEx won’t be getting another penny from me and what’s more I will do my best to order products from companies not using FedEx.
