Will not visit this location. The lady and gentlemen working were VERY rude. Very unhelpful and didn’t seem to want to do their job. Poor customer service at this location.

If you want the worst customer service in the world and to talk to a rude manager this is the place to be. The management here is absolutely horrible. I asked the manager for her name. She told me to call corporate as she did not have any name tag or a work shirt that displayed her name. I have reached out to corporate about my awful experience at this fasmart and they should be getting in touch soon my experience was absolutely terrible.

I purchased two items for a total of $9.23. then they said the transaction did not go through because they said the register didn't reset. However I went home and they charged me twice. The customer supposed to be always right and now we have to dispute a transaction.

Omg I visited store 82 today. The line was 15 deep. The young lady that was on register ringing up a $55 in numbers. My mom paid for two tickets only received 1. So she tried to get the ticket but tge young lady didn't know how. She was waiting on the other worker to finish dumping trash. So people was getting inpatient 3 of the 15 had left.I went outside to look for her I couldn't find her anywhere by the pumps. Mom finally got stright so when I left I went vehind the building . I saw two people sitting smoking a cigarette. So I stop and ask her do she work here she said yes . Omg you got to be kidding me you have a line of customer and your out here rapping to her man friend. That really tick me off. It's No longer Fast Mart just say Slow mart. That young lady she should be dismissed because she doesn't care about the company or the customer. Rating O stars

A few years ago you couldn’t drive by without smelling delicious chicken cooking. Now you walk in and it smells HORRIBLE. I almost puke every time I walk in there. It smells like they have never changed the oil in the fryer or ever cleaned the place. So gross!

Very friendly staff. They try to get items made if not out, like fried chicken. Coffee makers always refilled. Pleased with everyone here !!
