FAB Granite wasn't professional and the personnel that installed the countertop tracked in mud inside the home which was frustrating to see especially since we had friends over at time of installation. In addition, the countertop that was installed is now experiencing a peeling of the epoxy/resin causing craters in the stone. Based on experience from another contractor it is most likely due to improper preparation of the stone. I have attempted to make contact with FAB in hopes of getting this rectified and have not heard anything back from them. This unfortunately is extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend using them as a contractor or installer until this is rectified.

Great company, nice owners! Got a great deal on 10 sqft of countertop that I elected to take home and install myself. The white/grey quartz bar top looks fantastic and blends well with my DIY epoxy countertops. Love the finished look of my kitchen!

If you're interested in repairing broken plumbing pipes, damaged drywall and replacing broken mirrors, go with these guys. If you don't want to micromanage the installers to make sure they do not damage your property, thumbs through this company. They are terribly unprofessional and take no responsibility for damages. My advice, take your shopping elsewhere.

Had counter tops ordered. Asked for bull nose edge installed half round edge.Took vanity sink and Faucet to them to measure and cut. When installed found out holes were cut wrong even though I took sink and faucet to them before they cut. They sent man down to see and take pit. He agreed they cut holes wrong. I call company and spoke with sales lady. She agreed I had taken them sink and faucet to them to measure. They had cut holes wrong. She said she would call me back 5 days later I never heard back so I called them. I was told owner said I would have to pay again for another pice of granite. I asked to speak to owner, he said to pay or never come back.Never do business with these people.They will tell you anythingUp date, FAB did call me and offer to replace Vanity Counter top witch they did. At this point I'm satisficed with FAB.All is well. Thank you for taking care of problem.

FAB Granite was incredibly professional, did great work, had great pricing, and was very timely with our installation! They made sure we the customers were pleased with our kitchen countertops and they did a BEAUTIFUL job installing the Gorgeous stone!!!! Excellent communication by the staff as well!!! FAB Granite and Tile did an excellent job to replace our kitchen countertop. We looked at several countertop places and FAB had the best price for our granite countertop. The process was very simple. We came and picked the granite slabs at FAB and we got the countertop installed within a few days. The staff are very nice and the installers did an excellent job. The new granite countertop looks beautiful! Thank you FAB!

Extremely Professional CompanyI was referred to Fab Granite and tile by the owner of a Home Improvement business. Not knowing much about granite other than I wanted granite countertops,I went to Fab Granite and tile. They have a huge selection of granite. I was patiently walked through the beautiful slabs of granite. With their direction I selected a beautiful slab that looked great with my cabinets. The measurements were 100% precise. They also have more services other that granite such as carpenter's and electrician's they also are extremely professional and do an outstanding job as well. I give them a high recommendation.

FAB did a fantastic job replacing our laminate kitchen counters and backsplash with quartz counters and subway tile backsplash. Their staff was friendly and their installers were very professional and did excellent work. We are delighted with the results, and their price was more than $1500 less than the next best estimate we got from 3 different businesses. I highly recommend FAB.

We're from Haymarket in Northern, VA and are doing a major kitchen remodel. I believe the granite companies up here in Northern Virginia have lost their mind with the prices they were trying to charge us for granite countertops. We had used FAB several years ago when we lived in the area and remembered what a great job they did for us. We called Fahmey the owner, he remembered us like we were old friends. I asked him if he would do the granite for our kitchen remodel, and he said "of course." My wife and I drove down to FAB Granite in Fredericksburg, VA to look at the granite FAB had onsite. We chose a slab, and when they gave us the quote for the installed piece I was sure he made an error. FAB's delivered and installed price was half of what the granite companies in Chantilly, VA were asking us to pay. This week the installers came to install the counter top and it's beautiful. We could not be happier with the granite, FAB Granite, and the installation team. A huge thank you to Fahmey and his staff, they are best in the business.

Excellent price, but even better customer service. We had a last minute miscommunication, which could have been a Big Deal. The manager stepped in and resolved the issue with excellent results. My kitchen turned out beautiful. The installers were professional and patient and rolled with the necessary changes. Definitely a good company.

I went to Fab Granite for my double vanity top. Reasonably priced, excellent installation crew. The crew kept the area very clean at each stage in the project. Excellent stone and installation, definitely will do business with them again. I highly encourage you to consider them, you will find them to be a good company .
