I needed short-term storage, so my review is based on a few months of usage. But during that time I needed to interact with local staff as well as remote staff. They all were excellent! Very helpful, very calm & just very professional. Our unit (and the surrounding area) was very clean. The cost to rent was very competitive. As the need arises, I'll go back to them every time!

Service was great Quick easy. The staff was polite and very helpful. The whole process took about 15 minutes which works for me. Ashleigh did her thing getting me the best rates for my situation.
