I recently learned Enterprise-Alamo-National are merged together. What a FIND! Highly recommend!!!! Our flight into Orlando was delayed and normal hours of operation showed Enterprise closing at 11 PM. Our flight was coming in at ! AM. I called the Enterprise customer service line. NEWS FLASH!! Alamo is open 24/7 and they provide the front desk service, so we were very please to know we could receive service for our rental which was SEAMLESS! No line!!! So, look for the signs when headed to the airport.

Horrible experience, rented a car for over half the year and the second I didn’t call someone back they tried sending a tow truck. I’ve paid them over $5,000 for my rental and when I didn’t call back within a couple hours they sent the repo man to come take my rental. There must be a Karen working at the desk watch out.

Called 13 locations before I could find an available car. Once I found one, we traveled 40 miles round trip to get it. Once I used it, it died on me about 2x a week requiring a recharge or jump (which they would charge if I didn’t do it on my own). I called them multiple times for a reliable car and they didn’t have each week. When I went to exchange it, per customer service on the phone, the location I was referred to did not have any cars. When I tried to leave that location, the car died on me and they didn’t offer to help. They told me to charge it or jump it and then take it to a shop nearby for them and wait for it to be fixed and then have the shop bill them. Worst experience ever. If you need a vehicle or a reliable vehicle, skip Enterprise in Fredericksburg.

I want to thank everyone there for doing such a great job in making it convenient for getting a rental. I ran over a huge beaver that did damage to my car. I took it in for repair and had to leave it. A very nice gentleman came to the collision center to take me to Enterprise. They really took good care of me, and it is really appreciated.

Made a reservation, but when I show up, they don’t have my car.All I got by the way of a solution was “Sorry, we tried to call you…” As if that is supposed to help.

We always rent from Enterprise off Plantation. Even though we did not get the vehicle we requested the Manager made sure we were happy with the replacement! Keep up the great customer service!

This entire company is a joke. Call and confirm they have a car, 10 minutes later we arrive to nothing. Have been lied to at 2 different locations. What happened to customer service?

Always a positive experience when renting from this location. Folks working here always answer my rental questions quickly, they're more than willing to provide pick up and drop off service, are courteous and very, very professional! Definitely recommend!

I reserved a car at this location over 2 weeks ago and was never notified of a $300 deposit. It’s thanksgiving break so we were planning on saving miles on our cars to visit family and budgeted $600 for the rental. If I was aware of the $300 fee two weeks ago I would’ve budgeted for it and would’ve been able to rent the car so in my opinion the lack of information is why I’m giving them 1 star. Be up front with your customers then you’ll rent out more cars. Simple as that. The website needs to be updated ASAP! Decided to drive my own car to visit family so thankful it didn’t ruin my thanksgiving plans to visit family.

Poor Customer Service to Disabled VeteransI reserved two minivans at this location using the Enterprise website only to be within 30 minutes from pickup time of arrival that the vans were given away by the Manager Matthew Nickles. Oh it gets better! I coordinated with Matthew for two weeks ensuring I would have two minivans to take my family to Disney World, only to find out when I get there the vans which are still in the parking lot were now given away! How is that even possible? Matthew says, You we’re an hour late and so I gave the vans away. I asked him, why didn’t you just call my cellphone that was on the reservation? He tells me that he tried to call but it’s not his fault that my work number was all he had and he couldn’t get a hold of me. I ask again, why didn’t you call the number that is on the confirmed reservation which is my cellphone? Matthew has no answer only to tell me there is nothing that he can do for me. I understand that minivans on a Friday are like free candy giveaway at your local school. This was clearly all about making money and not about the customer. Granted I was late but there is a real disconnect at Enterprise, their website and the customer service at the actual location. Sad situation but Oh! It gets even better! I’m in the parking lot with my grandson calling other rental agencies to see if we can find two minivans and low and behold Matthew revealed to me his true character and what he really thinks of veterans, as a Stafford County Sheriff shows up and goes into the establishment. I called Matthew from the parking lot and asked him why would he call Stafford County Sheriff for when I never disrespected, raised my voice or even made any threatening gestures to him. Matthew tells me that the Stafford County Sheriffs office showing up was completely unrelated. Yeah, right!! There’s a happy ending to all of this “TERRIBLE” experience from this Manager Matthew Nickles, because he provided my grandson a valuable lesson on how to treat people and if he’s ever in the customer service industry he would treat his customers right. By the way, my 12 year grandson was able to do something that Matthew wasn’t even willing or able to do, he found two minivans at the Enterprise, 32 Doc Stone location. Not only did they have two minivans for us the Manager Hannah Hunt had several minivans to choose from. All Matthew had to do is just call here but he flat out refused to even do the right thing. Kudos to my grandson, Ms. Hunt and her professional staff at the 32 Doc Stone location as they managed to save the day and our trip to see Mickey at Disney World. World Class Customer Service!
