Horrible experience. The room they placed me in was filthy with blood on the floor and sheets with stains on them. It took an hour after calling a nurse for them to come help me use the restroom since I was hooked up to the ekg machine while being forgotten about the first time I called. I came in with pain regarding my 11 week pregnancy and the doctors bedside manner was awful as she informed me that I had suffered a miscarriage while basically telling me to get over it since I am still young and offered no condolences or tissues. And to top it all off, the discharge nurse didnt even take off all of the ekg stickers on my body and I left the building with 6 of them still on me. Don't recommend coming here.

Dr. D Micheal Amesquita needs his license REVOKED immediately, severe asthmatic never once introduced his self, never asked me anything never listened to my lungs after waiting in hall chair and having a X-ray I called for help Lori RN came right away I had to ask for a breathing treatment she took me in a small room and set me up said she would have the doctor come see me. He came in stood directly in front of my pulled his stethoscope off his neck and held them in his hand and said “I’m going to get you some meds and get you discharged” this was my FIRST interaction with a doctor or RN the entire time. Never looked me in my eyes never even touched me ! LORI RN Came back in and I expressed my concerns, confused as she handed me discharge papers. I told her he never once listened to my lungs, she reacted in disbelief Said she’d send him back in right away. The dr comes back to me and bluntly and blatantly lied to my face. I said you never examined me he said yes I did then proceeded to belittle me explaining what a stethoscope was he then placed it on my shoulder and said see you sound fine. At this point the disbelief sat in, I’ve never in my life been treated such poorly in my life by a health care professional. I came in with serve chest pain unable to eat or drink for 2 days. He treated me like I was a mental patient instead. I requested a supervisor or administrator which neither were available. R.N Lori came to aid again even with discharge papers she took just 1 minute to listen to my lungs after being in the ER for over 2 hours. She stated my lungs sounded really course and said that I needed another breathing treatment I asked if she could give me a injection she agreed it was necessary. As a patient and individual I feel racially discriminated against and received unfair treatment. I will be contacting HHS , VDHP, FEMA, as well as seeking litigation. He blatantly lied in my aftercare summary as well as all doctor notes as they are accessible via healthcare portal.

I was recently saw in this free-standing ER and I had a great experience. I was seen by Dr. Alker who was kind, thorough, and made me feel like an integral part of my own care. The nurses were also wonderful, especially Lynne and Baileigh. They had the utmost compassion, care, and efficiency. I was in and out quickly and left feeling much better than when I got there. Thank you!

Buncha glorified ibuprofen and Tylenol experts. When you go to an ER you want immediate treatment and care but they want to send you on your way as quickly as possible so they can drink coffee in the back. Also their doctor Brian is a Tylenol expert not a doctor so not sure why he’s called a doctor at the facility. He’s gotta go back to New York where he came from VA is for real medical experts.

Yesterday my husband was seen in the ER by Dr Dalberg and nurse Chloe . They along with the imaging department are compassionate and professional. We are extremely happy with how my husband was treated a diagnosed. I was very hesitant to take him here and just drive to VCU, however I would not hesitate again. Thank you everyone at Lee’s Hill ER.

Love/hate relationship with this place… as an adult I guess it’s fine.. I would never complain about the wait time at any ER considering everyone’s trying to do their job. But I will say this isn’t the greatest place to take a child on the spectrum at least when you first get your vitals checked I believed by “Trudy” it’s been twice that I’ve had a bad experience with her getting irritated at my 4 year old son who’s on the spectrum and honestly doesn’t give an issue when getting his vitals checked but she makes him upset the last two times we’ve went. The way she huffs and puffs whenever she can’t get his vitals is insane considering the fact you have a job where your JOB is to care and be able to care for anyone who comes in especially a CHILD. Definitely not coming back here again since she makes our experience bad! Can’t complain about anything else other than this women! Everyone else has never given me an issue but her. These are not the people we need in the health care system!

I was recently seen at the ER for a broken arm. The doctor and nurse were fantastic, they helped manage my pain and kept me comfortable while waiting for the results. The man who did my splint though was top notch. He explained everything to me, was very kind and gentle. He checked in on me from the beginning of my visit until the end. Although they were very busy, Grahm made me feel as though I was the only patient in the er. Thank you all so much for an amazing experience.

I brought my son in for a broken bone. I was amazed by my experience. We were seen very quickly and every one we interacted with patient, kind and very knowledgable with my young son. They brought him a coloring book and crayons, and made him feel brave every step of the way. Special thanks to Mel for the crayons!

Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from. ER visits aren't fun but Lee's Hill took care of me.I checked ER wait times and Lee's Hill was the closest with the shortest wait time.I had messed up my knee on Sunday and hobbled into the lobby. Right away, the gentleman working security quickly grabbed me a wheelchair and maneuvered me around reception and check in. I was triaged and wheeled into a room. The nice nurses, techs, and Dr. got me some pain/inflammation relief, sent me back for x-rays, and showed me how to wrap my knee. The attending Dr. got me a referral to the MWHC ortho surgeon and even included a work excuse.Bonus, this facility is located across from Hooter's so grab some wings after you're discharged :-)

Uneducated staff left me in pain and refused to provide any help.** I can see you've responded. I already called and spoke to someone on Saturday night. I gave all of my information and was told that on Monday, someone would be reaching out to me to discuss what happened. It is Thursday, and no one had called, emailed, or messaged in any way. I called the number listed below, and no one answered. I left a message.I'll keep this review updated to reflect if anyone ever actually reaches out to me.

Myself, my husband, and now my daughter have all been treated here for various illnesses and injuries. Every time the care has been above and beyond and the wait times have been minimal. It really doesn’t even feel like an ER (and I mean that in the best way possible) Big thanks to all the nurses, PAs, and doctors! Keep doing what you’re doing!

My wife needed to go to an ER yesterday, and the Lees Hill ER was closest. Check in quick and efficient. Medical staff were professional and caring. Doctor ordered a whole series of tests to ensure an accurate diagnosis could be made. Absolutely no complaints about this experience.
