If I could give zero stars I would. Whoever the salesman was who was on the phone with my daughter was incredibly rude. He is incorrectly advertising his cars on the website and is getting short-tempered when asked about it. He said my daughter pestered him with too many questions as if she was not a valid customer. Do not recommend.

EED Auto Group was a solid and trustworthy auto broker agency. We purchased a used Toyota Prius.We think we came out on top in this transaction! The car was competitively priced compared to othersellers of the same model year but was in better condition and had at least two nonstandard featuresnot found on others: a sun roof, newer tires and JBL speakers. We couldn't ask for a better deal butalso, the service was top notch. Emerson went out of his way to meet us late on a Tuesday during acrashing rainstorm. His word was as good as gold as he assured us the car drove smoothly at highwayspeeds up to 80 mph even though we could not test it in the weather. Turns out, on the way home onthe highway the car passed the speed challenge with bells on! Emerson met us on his day off to see thecar and not only took the time to process the sale but also cleaned the car top to bottom beforereleasing it to us. He was flexible and helpful during the transaction and went out of his way toaccommodate us. The next day, he helped us out as we had accidentally left our rental car key in frontof his place. He held the key for us and helped us to retrieve it saving us a pretty penny in replacement.I would give this business 5 stars for quality and service as well as follow up. This is a happy customer.

They deserve 0 stars. Contacted them about a car and they agreed to send me a carfax report. So, i can check out the report before driving for more than an hour. They said, send us a text message and we will send you carfax report on that number. After sending message they confirmed, they got my number. But they never sent any carfax report. I sent many other messages after that. No reply. Worst experience ever.EDIT: Entitlement, you must be kidding. I talked to you on phone and YOU AGREED to send me carfax report. That's why you told me to send you a message with my name. And after that, i even sent you numerous messages. You didn't even bother to reply. This is clearly worst experience i ever had at any car dealership. If this is your customer service. Good luck to you. Instead of correcting your mistake, now you are calling me nasty, just because i am sharing my REAL experience. In case you don't know, this is the reason google review exists. So, people can share their experiences :)

PLEASE, please, do the most research you can before purchasing here. If you love your family and value their safety, keep searching. Emerson, the owner, is a wonderful and nice person. You know he works hard for his customers. He is very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. We bought a used Prius from him and it was immaculate. He worked so hard to clean it up and it showed. The car ran great and looks amazing. He stayed late to make sure we were happy with the car. Very trustworthy. Will definitely seek out his business next time we are in the market for another car.

Buyers beware! Bought a car full of dents and scratches that didn't show in any of the pictures (his reply was "well, I have to show the best of it") Then just one week later car started having all kind of mechanical issues. One after another. Last thing was that the hybrid battery started to fail even though he said that it had been replaced. Seller didn't even reply to my messages. Very dishonest and unreliable.

I was having a very bad car searching experience when I stumbled on EED Auto Sales. Emerson took time he should have been off to let me drive a car I have been wanting for 2 years. It took only minutes driving to know that I wanted the car. The vehicle was practically new inside and out. His price was more than fair and fees are minimal. I am quite pleased. I plan to get my cars from EED Auto for as long as Emerson can put up with me! One Very Happy Customer!

EED AUTO...I just bought a Prius from EED. I am very very pleased with my purchase. I dealt with Emerson who is reliable, fair & funny!! He's a great guy to deal with & he delivers an AWESOME vehicle!!! A car is a car..the MOST IMPORTANT THING IS...can you trust the person from whom you are buying it??? That is what makes EED stand out from all the others. Not only did I feel he was NOT taking advantage of me, but in fact, more like he was looking out for me. As a single woman..buying a USED vehicle (with alot of miles), Emerson checked out this vehicle THOROUGHLY & he took GREAT care of all the issues beforehand Thisleaving veme waseith nothing ryto worry about. That was very comforting. He delivered a clean, RELIABLE, (OIL CHANGED & NEWLY INSPECTED) vehicle. Good to go!!
I only had a limited amount of money...here I felt as if it spent it WISELY & SAFELY! Thank you EED & EMERSON!!

We had an appointment set up for 12:30 at which we received a call from the owner at 1:00 and said he was just leaving his house and he lives 1 1/2 hours away. We had driven over 2 hours and 45 minutes to check out this vehicle so needless to say I was already put off by his LACK of professionalism. He ended up showing up around 3:00. He was in a rush (NOT TO HELP US) but to get a car ready to show to someone coming to look at another vehicle at 3:30. The way I see it is he was working us around his other appointment to fit his needs. That would of fine if he had scheduled us around that time , BUT he didn't. He had the vehicle in his storage space which we could not see until he got there. I hooked my computer scanner up to the vehicle which it had 3 codes on it. I asked him did he know about them and he just basically blew me off. I asked him about the low tire pressure that was indicating on the dash and he said he doesn't worry about that. A little background on me, I have been working on vehicles for over 37 years and have my own full size car lift at my house. Oh yeah lets not forget about the special injector cleaner (buy at Walmart less then $5) that he added to the gas tank that was low, trying to make it sound like it was special. lol We took the vehicle out for a test drive any way. The engine was noisy and the vehicle was sub par for the money he was asking. It was so sub par that I would not of even bought it not matter what the asking price was. He wanted to know what was wrong with it, seeing that we were not interested. I at that point was not gonna even entertain a conversation with him. My fiancee handled it very well. This place just looks like a place where the owner buys, cleans them up (not details) and sells them. I did not see any tools boxes, mechanical certifications. I am not saying don't go there, but I am sharing my terrible experience with this place . Any vehicle that you buy from anywhere, make sure that you take it to a reputable mechanic so they can go over it before you spend money on this investment and not continuously spending money on needed repair
