It's the only place i take my vehicles for tinting. I had made an appointment for my truck, and they were able to also take care of my wifes vehicle as a last minute request.

I originally scheduled an appointment with Chris to get my car tented. Some unforeseen circumstances happened that I was not going to be able to make the appointment. I kindly texted Chris to let him know of these updates and there was no response. I then called the shop to ensure he received my text and was greeted with anger, frustration and disrespect and eventually was hung up on. I went to the shop to sort out the situation further as the text & phone calls were purposely being ignored. During that interaction the technician was very brief and non cooperative and he directed me to Chris. I informed him that Chris was not responsive and he still continued to ignore me and my request. Ultimately the business is unprofessional and not worth the time and money. The owner still insist on going back and forth with me on reviews instead of offering a resolution and/or an apology.

This tint shop has THE WORST customer service. The owner CHRIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I had to reschedule an appointment due to an inconvenience and when I called to reschedule the owner Chris was very rude and hung the phone up on me. I tried to call back just to let him know he handled the situation unprofessionally and he repeatedly sent me to voicemail. I strongly believe that there are far more better shops to spend your money at, with better customer service. This shop does not deserve your money.To your response: Everyone as you can see, this man is very unprofessional. When running a business nobody owes you anything. You want customers to respect you and your business but you don’t know how to properly be respectful to anyone. This is not the first time that someone has made a complaint about your hostile and negative attitude. You need to do some type of customer service training to better understand how to handle situations like this. And try not to take whatever you had personally going on out on your potential customers.You never deserved my money anyway.Do better Christopher!

Great place to get your windows tinted! I've had my tint for almost 3 years now, no problem whatsoever. I will not go anywhere else to get windows tinted.

Don't waste your money with this very unprofessional company. The front window was making a tinny noise like foil rubbing or scratching on the rubber seal. After two messages left on a voicemail, the owner finally called back and agreed to an appointment to look at the issue. He pretty much immediately said there was no problem. He wouldn't even allow me to get in the car and put the window up and down to demonstrate the issue. He was very defensive immediately saying he was an expert having been in the business for many years and I didn't have a problem. Only thing he would do was remove the film but not reinstall new film correctly. He became quite belligerent and started cursing. I left. When I returned home, I removed the door panel and found the film pulled loose under the window trim. With a razor blade the problem was corrected (pictures). Again, this man has no customer skills and will not backup his work. Stay away!Regarding your response, you were the one that was very rude sir! Yes, I found the problem you created and corrected it myself! Again, you did not even want to take the time to hear the noise the film was making! "..proved I wasn't wrong" is apparently your motto.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Hands down the best service I have ever received. Quick, efficient, professional, and quality products. I not only have been there once but 3 times as a slowly staged my truck to finally be properly tinted all around. Your crew is amazing and do a fantastic job definitely will spread the word. Thank you for your hard work and made my truck look better then I imagined.

I contacted them over the weekend to set up an appointment the week of Christmas and they responded to me immediately! Appt was set and everything went smoothly. Brittany and Chris were both extremely polite and knowledgeable and worked with me on my mistake of not noticing my car had prior tint on the back windows.
