While the inventory here is what you would expect from a Dollar General, this store is very dirty. The floor has a thick layer of grunge. Disapponting, since this store is so convenient to my home. I won't be shopping there given the lack of cleanliness.

To be completely honest I do not know what is going on with this store ? It currently has a plywood door at the moment due to a break-in from a month prior. The area has seriously declined lately.

Store is disgusting, carts are filled with boxes everywhere. You can barely go through the store with a cart. Employees rarely know what they are talking about, I needed help and they pretty much completely ignored me. This DG used to be great at one point but now they went down hill. I would really consider go to a different store.

Employees are great. The customers on the other hand need to learn some manners. The cashiers don't control the prices nor do they put the prices up on the shelf. Its common sense. Apparently not many customers here have that and blame everything on the cashiers.

Update: the young lady that works in Dollar general is so friendly greet you when you walk in and says hello at the same time she is working her heart out she is a good woman!!The nice man at the counter is very focused knowledgeable and experiencedAnd always question you about did you find everything okay bless his heart- love you man!!love this store especially for laundry supplies personal items- Advil & bottle water. This store is convenient & I don't know what I would do without Dollar General. If a store is closed Dollar General is open till 10 -you can't beat that and they are open on Sundays damn! This is what you call dedication big time

Called corporate on this location 2 years ago seems the staffs quality of life is draining on employees. Seems they are always complaining about something in front of customers. Dollar General needs to do better for employees. Long lines, nasty carts and dim lights. High turn over rate! I was planning to work there when I first moved into the Fredericksburg area. I just had a feeling of running away! This location is close to me and is convenient. That's the only thing I can say.

Love going into this dollar general,curtious staff. They have the medical supplies I need plus tea, milk, cleaning supplies and go figure when I need cigarettes they sell them also. Great items,great prices and location to go along with great staff. If you ever need things and you're in the neighborhood stop in.
