Worst experience I have ever had. I am not from the area but I stop by because I order pizza to take home and the gentleman said to go to dollar general because it’s a better buy. I went inside saw the sodas on sale buy 2 get on free. So I picked up the 3 packs of sodas . As you can see in the picture the signs there and the packs, of course I did not read the rest of the sign other than but 2 get one free. So I went to check out. The lady at the register said the sodas are not on sale. I let her know the sign that was up said they are on sale. She told me don't give me attitude. I did let her know that I was not giving her attitude just explaining what the sign said. She left and went with an attitude to tear off the wrong sign and she ever ripped part of it when she took it off. Then I let her know that if she does not like her job she shouldn’t be working there. She came back and said I refuse to sever you. Which is fine with me. The worse customer service I have ever had. I went back inside to talk to the manager and let her know what happed. Obviously she was not rude she explained to me the sale and let me know the Dr Pepper are not part of the deal which I completely understand but the sodas where there by the sign which is deceiving but understandable. That is the way it should of been handled to begin with not the way the employe handled it. I have worked over 20 years in customer service and never would of approached the situation the way she did.

Rude as hell my pregnant wife and grandmother came in the o to we day to pick up diapers. The employee at the register who obviously doesn't want her job decided she was going to be super rude rushing my wife making it seem as if she was being a problem when she's the customer. Will be contacting corporate to get this store looked into and employee fired

This DG at 2003 Plank Rd. is the cleanest DG u will ever find. The shelves are stocked and not a bunch of carts sitting in the aisle waiting to be shelved. The staff is friendly and helpful. A++ all around

I wish I got their names because I was in a rush with holiday shopping but The ladies at this store are so nice and funny I wish every store had people like this I would rather spend my money and Time here then go somewhere else even tho its dollar general.... I still won't forget my experience!!

I love this Dollar General. I met an employee that works here starting with a G. She's such a lovely, funny, and friendly person. Always so cheerful and kind whenever she helps her customers and whenever I see her. She's very energetic and full of love. I'm glad there's people like her in this world. God bless her and her beautiful heart.Keep doing what you are doing G!
