Had a small mix up with some syringes that my partner had ordered. They needed ones without needles attached and the pharmacy did not have any, so they were given ones with needles already pre-attached. I went inside and asked if I could have a refund which I figured I probably could not and it was a long shot. They told me no which was understandable. But when I spoke to the male pharmacist back there in regards to getting actual syringes that could be used we got into a small fit. He asked why they needed them and I stated it was an intermuscular injection, they use 20G to pull the liquid and 18G to inject. He told me 18G is too small to do that, I told him for 2 years they have done it so. He then got an attitude and asked what did I even need, did I need 18G needles. I told him no for the third time I need syringes. It was a small mistake on our part for not catching the fact that the substitution subscription had needles but I shouldn't have to yell at someone so I can get ones that my partner can use???? Grow up man and stop throwing a fit and acting like you know better than the doctor who prescribed the medcine

Not sure why but this locations pharmacy used to be open till 9pm and it was great cause I could get my prescriptions right after work. Then they started closing at 8 and now it’s 6 pm but online it says 9pm. Not sure why this is but not cool cvs.

Tried to get change for my 20 and the black lady with no hair act like she couldn’t provided me with change and as I was an inconvenience. I don’t know what cvs doesn’t have less than 20 in the drawer. It was how she acted after I told her just for 1s or 10s. She never moved from her spot and ignored me as other people were walking in. I was shocked because I have never been put off like that before. As I love the other workers , she has a very nasty attitude and should find another place of employment if this is her customer service. I’ll be sure to ignore her when I come in as the same treatment

Used to love this location. But lately long long long lines at drive thru. It's a 20 plus min wait to reach the window cause they only have 1 window open.They are often out of medsAlso when spelling a name she assume because i started with "J" and I'm black it must have a "Q" in it...because who said anything about a Q?When I called her out on it she became overly nice and nervous...

I went to CVS pharmacy for vaccines. That went fine. But then I tried to pick up a few items and use my CVS care discount. I opted to round upward in payment to donate to charity. Because of that seven dollars of my discount was not applied. When I spoke to the staff, they said “oh yeah, that happens all the time when you round up to charity.” They were surprised I got any discount at all. I asked if there was a way to get my discount back and they said no.I suggested they put up a sign if you donate to charity you lose your discount… nope. Since CVS set up a system that cost your discounts when you donate to charity and they don’t care when caught at it… it is just a rip off.

Customer service is severely lacking. It is difficult to get a straight answer from anyone. I've been getting the runaround about a prescription for THREE MONTHS. The young lady I spoke with today was unhelpful and she had an unprofessional tone.

do not go here to pick up any prescriptions unless you have 30 minutes to sit around and wait because they are just rude and slow

The only reason I am giving one star is because that’s the only way to leave a review. The customer service skills of the pharmacy employees at this location are unsatisfactory. I really don’t think the employees care whether or not customers are treated with respect. I have too many stories to type here, but today the lack of concern by the pharmacy, inability to answer my questions, and hanging up the phone without so much as a “goodbye” is unacceptable. I will be switching pharmacies. Management needs to take note.

Called in a prescription over two hours ago. Stopped by to pick up and no one had even started on the prescription. Phone ringing constantly while here and no one answering g the phone.

Super slow. Have my prescription for 6-hours and still waiting for it to be filled because they are having a computer problem. They won’t transfer it to a different store either. No help or care whatsoever.

My son has several disabilities and life threatening conditions. We have transferred from one bad pharmacy to another trying to find one that will ensure that we can pick our medication up on time every month. CVS is by far the worst. Every month I call ahead of time to ensure it is going to be available. When I express my disappointment and frustration the tech said that I can always go someplace else. That is what I'm going to do. This is the worst pharmacy the area has to offer. I would give zero stars if I could. These people do not are about their customers.
