Went to CVS at 4701 Plank Road. Customer service associate was very courteous and professional. Stopped what he was doing to assist me. Very helpful!

Not ones but many times been here always come up with gives use 15 to 20 mns, they make u wait and be like it's not ready we working on it we are super busy, we'll if ure super busy just say that , and not make people wait and loose there time waiting on ure !!!!If u need 2 hrs or 3hrs just say it. I hate people making me waste my time .. plus they give u a look like u asking for free stuff!!!!!

9 out of 10 times when I need to call the people answering the phone in the pharmacy are rude and act like you are bothering them to get information. Empathy would go a long way but you are most definitely treated like a number and not a customer with a medical or medication issue. My hope is that they never have to deal with a similar experience in their own personal lives. Will 100 percent start transferring prescriptions to another CVS.

One of the pharmacists INSISTS on broadcasting people's medications to anyone within earshot. This is a clear HIPAA violation. Other than that, it's a good store.

The people working the pharmacy need to realize they are a PART of CVS. I ask them two questions both were answered by you need to ask the people at the front of the store. No one offered to find an answer to either of my questions. They were obviously too busy to help me. Rana and another associate spoke to me as if I was a real inconvenience. Shame on you CVS. I will find somewhere else for my pharmacy needs.
