Gavin was phenomenal! Great service, professional and very quick. They were very busy and he acknowledged me as soon as I came in and helped guide me with passport photos. Highly recommend this location for pharmacy and any other needs. Thank you, Gavin!

Glad they had an Rx that was not available at my regular CVS store, but the Rx drive thru pick up window was packed even though it moved quickly.

I’ve been using this location for almost 2 decades. The pharmacy staff including the assistants have always taken time to assist extra with my insurance needs when required and also never let me leave without making sure to update me on my meds and answer questions I have especially with possible medication conflicts. Good on them and they should get the public praise they deserve.

The pharmacists have consistently helped me with problems regarding my prescriptions by contacting my doctors for me and never allowing me to miss any doses of important medications. The store staff has also gone out if their way to provide excellent customer service. Recently in a photo order the associate contacted a nearby CVS to get the acrylic magnet for my photo in time to have my order ready in less than an hour!

I love having my medications filled here, but 25 minutes in the drive thru is absolutely ridiculous. I don't know if I come out better inside or out. It's crazy ??

Phenomenal location, staff and reliability. I have been going to the CVS for a very long time even though I’m no longer in the direct area. The pharmacist Miyos & Sam are knowledgeable, empathetic, quick and well equipped to handle such a busy pharmacy during our pandemic. The pharmacy staff is very personable, caring and efficient. I cannot remember everyone’s name but Sarahas been there since I started coming there and always welcomes me by name with a smile on her face. She even remembers small factors about my life or conversations that we’ve had previously and ask how I’m doing.Alayna is very friendly also I believe she possibly is new and she’s also a pharmacy tech.Samantha I believe is a long time her and is also very great she goes above and beyond and sends my refill request efficiently. I believe there’s a Haley or a Kelly. Bottom line they do a phenomenal job. At the front I believe there is a supervisor who is African-American like me he’s a male may be in his mid-20s. How he remembers that I’m a master of social work student I’ll never now he goes above and beyond is very friendly. This location is a asset to our Southpoint community And they really should be rewarded. They deal with all kinds of rude people to the point where it’s distasteful but they always put on a smile and provide the utmost professional patient care. Great job guys

Horrible wait times, the employees at the pharmacy do not take their jobs seriously. When dealing with peoples medication that’s a big red flag. Definitely will transfer prescriptions to another pharmacy.

They are not letting me get my script filled because of it's pending insurance approval. When it's not even called into my insurance company. Because they don't pay for it anyway. And I'm trying to pay cash for it. And they won't except that either. So I'm getting ready to leave the cvs change of pharmacy and go to a completely different pharmacy. This doesn't make sense to me..I can't pay cash money for a script. I'd like to give no stars .

The pharmacy workers here need more training. I went to pick up my subscription and the worker told me the system was down. When I asked to speak to the pharmacist, she the worker caught an attitude in towards me. Very unprofessional pharmacy staff. If I could of have zero stars I would have.

I previously waited in pharmacy line and when getting to the pharmacy drive Thur line was told that the pharmacist was back up in medication orders and was told to come back , later on came back in drive thur line and when it was my turn pharmacist closed blinds and I was unable to get medication for child.

The pharmacy keeps refilling our prescriptions before we need them and when we don't pick up medications we don't want or need, they keep sending repeated automated calls and texts telling us the prescriptions are ready for pickup. The dosage of one of the prescriptions varies based on condition, so the pharmacy's guess at when we need a refill on that one is always way too early. CVS has an automated refill service, but I'm talking about medications that we never asked or consented to be on auto-refill. In addition to getting the automated phone calls/texts over and over, a person in the pharmacy department will sometimes call us - usually on a Saturday morning - asking if we need refills on any of our medications. It borders on harassment, and appears to be an attempt to push as much medication on their customers as they can. One time, they even contacted the doctor's office trying to get them to authorize a refill without our knowledge. We found out about that after the doctor's office contacted us.

Bought a deal on cold sodas, and when it was rung up I did not see the discount. I mentioned it to the guy who said I needed a CVS card. We all know the deal in which some stores make you have their card to get discounts. This time instead of using a card behind the counter or suggesting I sign up he told me I had to press the X button. I did not get the discount by pressing the button, and as I left I told the guy "Thanks for your help" .
