This has been my most convenient pharmacy by my home and it seems I have been taking it for granted.
The pharmacists have always been nice, friendly, and helpful to me. They answer questions if I have them and have helped me make sure I don’t have lapses in medication.
I’ve had to fill prescriptions at pharmacies out of state recently, and now that I’ve been dealing with so many unhelpful or combative pharmacists, I miss this CVS.

This is the best CVS pharmacy. They really care about their customers. They are always busy, but will help you in anyway they can. All of the pharmacy staff deserve a ten star rating. The head pharmacist Sydney always has a smile no matter how busy she is. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Went to the minute clinic on December 27th to get tested for the flu. While in the room with the nurse practitioner she tried to tell me my results were negative then clicked on a different screen. Thankfully I was paying attention to the desktop and asked her to go back to the previous page because she was right, I was negative for Type A…but I was definitely positive for type B. I understand giving grace to new employees, but that is not something you can overlook. I was then in the room for an extra 15 minutes while she mindlessly clicked all over her screen to try to print out a paper with the medications she was giving me. 15 minutes in she was told by another employee that once it is sent electronically, she was not able to print it out anymore. I asked her before leaving that location if my medicine would be ready to be picked up at a different CVS location. She confirmed yes. I get to the new CVS about 25 minutes later, no medicine. 4 days and 6 phone calls later, a new medicine was sent. Highly recommend going somewhere else. Terrible experience with Ms.Saba.

Great help here. The pharmacist helped me over the course of a month try to get a prescription sent over by no fault of CVS that it was not happening. I am very happy with how the pharmacy was run here and they were all very helpful

First let me start off by saying Greetings and Salutations .,, my review for this CVS is very low. I moved back to the state of VA to retire from the Department of Defense., my late husband was Retired United States Navy ., I lost my husband in 2019 as well as my only son., unfortunately I went into a deep depression., while fighting to get from that stage I had a lot of help from my Doctors and a young lady by the name Sydney whom I meet at that Stafford Market location., she moved to this location and myself as well as more patients moved with her., her customer service and knowledge is AMAZING., the biggest concern to me at this location is a young lady by the name of Victoria., I have a action taken against her due to my personal information being given out., After it was brought to my attention I at that time did research on The Patient privacy policy act!! Her customer service is very embarrassing to not only CVS but to their patients and customers.,The way she speaks is very disrespectful and belittling,, I pray she gets the training she needs to continue to serve us as CVS customers. Thank you in advance

I wish I could give this place a NEGATIVE 0!! Don’t be in a hurry, This is the slowest place on earth. And the pharmacist ( Ali) is the rudest ever… He has no customer service skills, and seems to care less about his job

This pharmacy provides amazing service both in the pharmacy an dat the front counter. They are pleasant and informative when questions are asked. They provide information about what services they offer and even provide availability for walk in vaccination if they have time. I drive past 2 other CVS stores to go to this store.

Poor service and cheat you out of your money and items too .the mgts yelling at the customer and pulling things out of my hand tell me you lier about us cheating you and make me upset the mgts and the employer .over charger me for the items when it's on sale.

Scheduled appointments 3 different times through the online portal as I received notifications that each appointment was canceled immediately after scheduling. Decided to schedule on-site and explain my situation to staff who would not listen to me and instead very rudely tried to walk me through making an appointment that I had already attempted to do myself on the kiosk like a child. Finally got an appointment for the next day and received a notification that my appointment was canceled after my visit was already over. They clearly have issues with their online scheduling system and staff are extremely rude.
