Came before their lunch break and was told they had to verify if it was OK for us to pay out of pocket. Waited through their lunch break and was told that there was apparently something new where the Dr. had say it was OK to pay out of pocket. Still having to wait for who knows what. No sense. Epic fail CVS.

Worknesh is awful. So rude. Doesn't know how to add insurance properly. Literally if someone else is helping me she pushes them out of the way to harass me. No customer service. I even walked away and she was screaming at me from the back. What in the world. She needs to be delt with.

Don’t Ignore the customers. Wake up!I waited 40 minutes until the pharmacist verified my medication in the computer. Learn some customer service and time management.
