I received great, quick Customer Service @ the CVS on Harrison rd.\\nI was very pleased on how I was treated by the associate and the Pharmacist. This CVS Is right down the street from my house and I had stop going there because it was like nobody was really helpful \\u0026 the turn around rate for keeping employees was terrible.\\nI’m glad I went back today because I didn’t want to go to another store because this CVS Is close to my home \\u0026 I was very pleased.\\nDaneene

Called this CVS to find out if they had flu shots while I was visiting in the area. The automated message said that they might take walk-ins but recommended getting an appointment. The system repeated my correct phone number back to me and said it would send a link to allow me to access CVS online appointments. Link was never sent. I was in the area so I stopped by the CVS to see if I could be a walk-in for vaccine. There were no customers in the pharmacy area. I asked the person at counter if I could get a flu vaccine since their phone message said they did take walk-ins. He said they were only taking appointments. He said I should see if I could get one online while at the store. He said if I could get one they had vaccines available. CVS website had one but it was available for 4 hours later. I left store and got the same response from another CVS a couple miles away. That one had one person getting a vaccine - no one else waiting for vaccines or prescription in the area. I am going to suspend my doctor from automatically sending my perscriptions to CVS. It is obvious they don't care for customers. I will shop around for prescription prices and if they are cheapest and fastest I will give them my business.

I definitely understand why stores want to go to the self-serve method of paying. This CVS has one machine only, and it clearly has problems as it took numerous people time to get through their order.\\n\\nI don't think I will be coming back to the CVS for a while except maybe to get things through the drive-thru pharmacy. I do not feel that they want to sell product when pushing their payment machine

I understand your busy. But to keep someone on hold for 18 minutes just to be disconnected is a disgrace.
