Honestly it’s sad that there is nothing professional about these technicians. A simple question will get you so much attitude and no answers. So disappointing

Needed to print some pictures from the kiosk. We went there because google said closest picture kiosk. We normally always use Walgreens. After our experience at this CVS I wanted to start my day all over again. After almost a hour of the sales girl tryin to tell us what to do instead of coming over to show us. Another employee walks in to start thier shift and looks over at her and us and informed us that it hasn't worked in a week. The level of stupidity is a good enough reason to go nowhere but Walgreens.

Don't use this pharmacy. I walked in at 7 pm to get my child's medication and the doctor and staff walked past me smiling stating that they were closed. Then they said you can try a 24 hour location. When I reached out to the 24 hour pharmacy they said that they could not open the prescription because they already started processing it. Why would you start something that you did not plan to finish? But they are telling me that the prescription is locked into my insurance and if I get it at the 24 Jr location then I would have to pay the full price. This place is a joke and a scam trying to force you to do business with them when the service is terrible!

Yet another day being turned away at the drive up window because they were understaffed. Worst run CVS in the area. Always understaffed, often under stocked.

After waiting on hold for over 10 minutes, the pharmacy hung up on me while I was asking a question. They are rude and unprofessional.

I was completely satisfied with my purchase and the very friendly cashier who took my order.

The pharmacist was rude and condescending about me getting my first COVID-19 shot. She also made me jump through hoops just to get my appointment straightened out when another CVS messed it up on their end for my COVID-19 shot. She told me "Just call them, next in line" rudely as I was very confused about what was happening. I told her politely, that I wasn't sure why my appointments were messed up, she quickly hopped on the phone and started chatting it up with the pharmacist on the other line. So, this whole time she was clearly able to adjust the appointment she just didn't feel like calling anyone. Then when she gave me my shot, I told her this was my first dose. She looked at me strangely and said, "You survived this whole time without a single COVID shot"?? like it was weird that I was somehow still alive. She also never told me where I could find my vaccine slip or if I needed to sit and wait until I could leave, she didn't really seem concerned about anyone but herself. All in all, it was weird and made me feel uncomfortable, wouldn't recommend it.

I would just like to say my recent experience was great . The pharmacist took time out to give our flu shots to us when no one else was available. Thank you

They are SLOWWWW. I came in to check if they started on my prescription that was supposed to be transferred 45 minutes prior to me getting here. They didn’t even start on it. Everyone in line is disappointed that they’re prescription is nowhere near ready. I’ve been here over an hour after the girl told me to wait 30 minutes…still no text, no apology, no nothing.
The young girls are working so slow because they’re standing there talking and doing nothing. When a regular customer came up to complain, she has all the excuses in the world about why the prescriptions aren’t ready. The whole time I was in the store, she’s standing at the drop off register with barely anyone coming to her. Apparently the girl she was talking to either does not work actually work in the pharmacy or just disappeared and to the front once the complaints started coming in. The pharmacist and the woman at the register were the only 2 working. Of course everyone’s prescription can’t get filled with only 1 person having to do everything with the medications while the line is going halfway down the store- only to find out their prescriptions aren’t ready. Do you think the other person moved from the drop off to help the pick up line? Nope, conversation about nothing was more important. I apparently have time today because these employees do not respect anyone else’s. If I were the pharmacist, I would leave too. No wonder they have high turnover and lots of customer complaints!

I understand the challenge of finding appropriately certified staff to place into facilities. I do not understand the lack of customer service when you are not able to do your job efficiently. I see that you might be swamped and have changed your hours to reflect the lack of staff but prescription medication is time sensitive. Most people do their due diligence to insure that they receive their medication when needed. So not double checking on your end the issue as to why it’s not filled is unreal.

I'm not sure if it's all CVS locations or just this one but I really don't sense any urgency from the pharmacy technicians to get people's prescriptions filled in a timely manner. Today my doctor put in my refill at 11:30 a.m. and it is just now ready at 4:00 p.m.. I don't know why it takes so long to put 14 strips inside of a jar but I don't appreciate being sick waiting on my medicine. You guys need to stop dragging your feet and start getting people's prescriptions filled in a timely manner! Please do better.
