Michelle Caldwell Thompson with CTI Real Estate was an awesome and knowledgeable instructor!! My friend and I traveled at the last minute to take her real estate course and we received so much more than what we were expecting. Broker Michelle never made me feel like I wasn't wasting her time, she was accommodating, and approachable. She knows every side of the real estate business so whatever your real estate interests are, she will help you understand it. If we weren't so far apart I would definitely make CTI my real estate home. LOVED IT AND HER!!!

Tamika Jackson represented us when we used a large builder to construct our new home. As the new home neared completion, we continued Tamika’s services as the listing agent for the home we were selling. From the beginning, she was thorough, knowledgeable, attentive and responsive. While we have bought and sold a number of homes over the years, Tamika offered a number of creative options and the benefit of her professional perspective as we progressed through the listing and selling process. She was very detailed oriented in offering advice to prepare our home for sale. When the first set of pictures did not turn out as she expected, she had the photographer retake the pictures to meet her expectations to ensure they properly reflected our home to potential buyers. Tamika provided regular and timely updates on the listing as well as immediate feedback on open house events, buyer visits and general trends in our area as they related to home values. She is a very aggressive agent who at the same time, encouraged us to be patient and steadfast in our set price. In the end, that worked to our advantage. Above all, she clearly demonstrated she is a professional of highest integrity who is committed to her clients’ success while maintaining a personal touch.

Long story short ( I could have you reading for hours) ; I went into this phase of my life not knowing which steps to take or which direction to go. I been through a lot in my life. I have tried twice at becoming a home buyer and something just had me not believing that me and my husband and children could do this. So I would just stop with the process and not continue with the application. Until one day i heard this voice say " it's your time!" God had sent us one of his special angels and she go by the name of Cybil Usual!!! Words cannot express the feelings of not knowing which way to go or which way to turn until God sent me her!! Her work speak for itself! The most patient and remarkable woman I ever meet in my life! WHOEVER YOU ARE OUT THERE THAT IS LOOKING FOR A HOME AND DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO OR WHO TO GO TO; THIS IS THE PERSON I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!! CYBIL USUAL!!!! SHE IS ONE OF A KIND!! YOU CAN'T GET NO BETTER THAN THIS WOMAN RIGHT HERE!! PLEASE BELIEVE ME WHEN I TELL YOU THIS!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

I hired CTI to manage my rental property from 10/2021 to 07/2022. Throughout the duration of the lease, the tenants brought several issues to the attention of the property manager. The property manager took an absurd amount of time to take care of the issues (despite having a maintenance account setup specifically for that purpose). The tenants and I agreed to terms to terminate the lease early and one of the terms included them paying for the month of August. The management company was supposed to pay me August's rent check on the first Friday of August, however, they didn't pay me until the third Friday in August. When I did finally get that payment, I realized they had deducted a management fee. I immediately brought it to the managers attention and he advised (several hours later) that he would look into the issue and reply "promptly". Another week has passed and it still has not been resolved. I tried calling their office and after answering my call, without responding to me, they hung up on me about a minute later ( I could hear them talking in the background). I tried calling a second time and they sent me straight to voicemail. I would highly discourage ANYONE from using CTI as a property manager, after what I've experienced.

My husband and I worked with Michele Herron-Trusel of CTI Real Estate and we would gladly recommend her and the firm to anyone in need of buying a home. Four words come to mind when thinking of Michele - EFFICIENT, TRANSPARENT, ORGANIZED, and PRECISE. Michele assisted my husband and I in buying our first home. During a volatile seller's market, Michele guided us through the homebuying process without any issues. She made what we initially thought to be an intimidating, ultra-complex process - otherwise simple. Her efficiency, transparency, organization, and precision helped us find the perfect house! Her EFFICIENT work style aided in us understanding how to navigate a seller's market as well as understanding every step of the process. She also recommended and showed us properties that fit our budget and requirements promptly upon market listing. (which is key in a seller's market). My husband's schedule as a physician can sometimes be unpredictable and we were traveling from a bit of a distance - but she always was sure to align our schedules which was appreciated. Michele's TRANSPARENT communication style helped my husband and I close on the house in our desired community within our desired timeframe. She was always available to answer our many, many, MANY questions and educate us as first-time homebuyers. Her ORGANIZED demeanor allowed us to stay on track and meet every deadline throughout the homebuying process. She communicated deadlines and steps of the process well in advance and we were always prepared for activities on the horizon. Michele's PRECISE nature ensured that every "i" was dotted and every "t" was crossed in the process. She is meticulous and got the job done without error. Working with Michele was a complete joy and her personality is delightful which made everything even better. My husband and I recommend Michele and the team at CTI Real Estate without reservation and will certainly be giving her and the firm a call should we buy again.

My sister is a real estate agent in Ala. She assisted clients from MD to find a home in Ala, but with a fellow realtor that was in VA * CTI, Joy Pearson. Little did I know that the same realtor would assist me and my family in finding our family home. We had a realtor but she was just not as excited as we were to find a house. I met Joy on Fri and she not only drove me around to other communities in Stafford that I was not aware of, but she was patient and motivated. She even had a personalized binder for us!!! She is very detailed and goal oriented for you the client! Ask for Joy Pearson, she works hard to open up doors for her clients.

Joy Pearson was a huge help for me when purchasing my first home! She made the whole process seamless. She found my dream home and we went through the closing process all in less an two months.
