I had the pleasure of purchasing my Longines Spirit Zulu Time at Crown Jewelers. They responded to my online inquiry almost immediately. I spoke with Justin via phone and after a few minutes we came to a mutual agreement. My watch was ordered and while waiting Justin kept me informed and updated along the way.When my watched arrived, I made the drive to their store. When I entered, I was warmly greeted by all of the staff. My watch was unboxed, presented and fitted with care and attentiveness by Justin. Afterwards, he was gracious enough to show me other watches as I stayed to browse for a bit.When and if I'm ready to make a new purchase, Crown Jewelers will be at the very top of my list. Their willingness to engage and work out a deal was, without a doubt, a satisfying experience. Hope potential customers read this review and consider them for their watch or jewelry needs.

Crown Jewelers lost their Rolex license. Looks like they finally got caught for grey market dealing instead of selling to actual customers who want to buy a watch!

I brought a Tiger Eye ring in for repair. It was purchased in Korat, Thailand in 1968. Years of continuous wear caused the bottom of the ring to crack and break. Other jewelers in the area would not except it for repair due to a small potion of the bevel holding the Tiger Eye in place was missing and not possible to repair. Crown's pleasant staff explain the difficulty but agreed to fix the band. I was surprised at how reasonable the repair was and happy to have it back on my finger. I highly recommend visiting and purchasing from Crown Jewelers.

The best! I came in 10 minutes before closing on a Thursday evening with my wedding band which I have not been able to wear for years. They re-sized and added gold to the ring and had it ready for me the very next day. It’s absolutely flawless and I am thrilled to have it back! Sincere thanks for your quick and friendly service and your very reasonable prices. I will recommend your shop to everyone I know.

My fiancé has purchased several watches for himself, and a few pieces for me and we are always happy with the selection and quality. Justin is always helpful and the staff is very welcoming. We recently purchased our babies first bracelet here and are extremely happy with the piece and the engraving. Highly recommend!

Amazing service, everyone is always so welcoming and helpful. I am a huge watch guy and their selection is great with some really unique pieces. I’ve purchased 3 time pieces and some jewelry for my fiancé, the quality and service has always been top notch. Plus i love the little nook of town they are located in.

Completely disappointed. I took a very sentimental ring over after I had lost the stone that was in it. My intention was to take a stone from my mothers ring and replace it in my setting. The guy working there barely looked at me while I was explaining things, barely looked at my ring before shoving it back in my face telling me basically it wasn’t worth enough to fix, and that I should take it back to where I got it. Wow… I would think it shouldn’t matter what it’s worth… if it’s important and I’m paying you to fix it… shouldn’t you fix it? But anyway… left there feeling like crap… thanks for that and walked over to Ulmans, where I should have gone to in the first place. Thankfully the women there were more than happy to help me out and their jeweler assured me that he would make it so this never happened to me again. Thanks Crown because you’ve pointed me towards the best in the Burg!

Was interested in adding a watch to my collection and found myself more than satisfied with the selection of Shinola watches. Until my visit, I had never seen Shinola watches in person. Justin was knowledgeable and friendly, and super patient. While I tried on every watch in the case, my partner was investigating the diamonds (go figure) and she was able to connect with Nancy about rings and she felt special while we spent time there. Isn't it nice to feel special when making lifetime investments? The entire staff was accommodating and friendly.We will be regulars as long as we are purchasing jewelry.

Visited Crown Jewelry today with friends. I was functioning as the photographer while my friend received jewelry for her and her husbands 13th wedding anniversary! ❤️ The ladies working behind the counter were so kind and so much fun! They kept us laughing and allowed us some space to take some great shots.Now I have some Crown Jewelry on my Christmas list ?????? I highly recommend this store and it’s wonderful people!
