Does not stand behind product .Had show for 16 days .Showed proof of purchase, only trying to exchange for another pair.Making me go through corporate to get anything done..Manager told me that the warranty is only good if I didn't wear them.......lol what a joke.

I'm not impressed. Sale store wide B1G1 w/% off, doesn't include the plain solid, popular colors. Just the ugly ones. The sales staff was nice.

Twice I've come to this store before closing time (advertised to close at 9pm during the week) and both times showed up at/around 7:45pm for them to already be closed. This is very frustrating since we live 50 minutes away and we stopped by while we were in the area for baseball practice.

We came in super late for last minute work shoes and even though it was so late they were so kind and helpful. I know how much it sucks when people come in right before closing so I was blown away with by the customer service.

This was my first experience at the store and buying Crocs amazing customer service. Shannon and JoJo were amazing ladies explaining all the different styles and additions that could add to my unique Crocs. Very knowledgeable and friendly, I would totally recommend this store. If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I definitely would. I will be back in the next week for my second pair. Thanks amazing staff.

Worst Experience ever! Accused my kids and their friends of stealing just because they are black. While store full of people, why was it my kids? Then said it was on camera but couldn't show it to me? Returned my $87 purchase. No thanks

Just left Crocs at Spotsy Mall worse customer service from the so called manager Michelle. It’s Christmas Eve these employees and managers should be kinder to their clients. The continued customers such as myself are how your staff and management get paid. She was rude, hateful and completely disrespectful. I left the store and the merchandise behind because of her lack of kindness. MERRY CHRISTMAS
