This Arab lady who works @ this cricket store was so rude to me when I went there to port my numbers. After she made a mistake & ported the wrong number, I had to call customer service in front of her because she was not ready to assist me fix the problem. I had to pay extra money for her negligence. For 5 days my line was not working & customer service was tossing me here & there! Such a bad & unprofessional experience, I don't think I will stay with this company. It's a shame

RUN AWAY AS FAST A YOU CAN!Unprofessional Sales Staff - does not know the products available within her our company. Contacted Corporate Office and they gave me detailed information on a phone I wanted. So I contacted the store to request a replacement and the same Sales Rep told me no we do not have that phone and who told me about it anyway??????What is the Sales Rep hiding?????No customer service, no manager, refuse to answer store phone and questioning about a product offered by the Corporate.Spend your money wisely and run away from Cricket!!!!!!

I went in today to this particular location because I had experienced problems with my Android phone and the customer service person was very polite and suggested maybe that I should upgrade to an iPhone but made it very clear that he was not pushing the iPhone on me he just felt it was better software. I really appreciated that because he didn't try to push a sale on me and let me look around at my leisure. I had no complaints about my visit this day
