WORST FACILITY IN FREDERICKSBURG!! ROACHES, TICKS, AND WASPS INSIDE THE UNITS. THE CLIMATE CONTROL IS NON-EXISTENT!! AND THEY WILL KICK YOU OUT IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE THE FACILITY AT NIGHT!! THERE IS ALSO A "COP" WHO RACES THRU THE PARKING LOT AT NIGHT AND SPINS DONUTS IN THE GRAVEL. HE ALMOST HIT MY KID!! I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE TEMP, BUGS, AND THE "COP'S" CRAZY ANTICS AND HAD MY LEASE TERMINATED. GO ELSEWHERE...EXTRA SPACE STORAGE IS WONDERFUL!!

Storage wise is a great place and secure storage facility where I keep my things I can't fit in my house. If you need to get in touch with them they answer right away and they do there best to solve your problem. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Storage Wise of Fredericksburg is a convenient location to store anything. There are different size of units available. There is also space to store RVs and boats. The area is secure but I miss not having someone on the premises during the day. Highly recommend

Website is super easy to use. Facility is clean and easy to access. Everything from soup to nuts was intuitive and carefully put together to provide a positive, successful experience.

Had a rough start with payments but the office manager was an amazing help on getting things sorted and she was very nice. I would definitely refer someone here I also would recommend auto pay!:)

I have rented over a dozen storage units in at least four states. Usually not much variation, but three things stood out with Storage Wise: The completely online set-up meant I didn’t have to be there during a weekday or rush down on a Saturday morning; my unit’s building looks like it is brand new, nowhere near the age of the facility; and the 24-hour access is just so much better than places that close at 9 or 10.

I called three times asking to reserve a space over a week. The lady said she was not in the office. I asked to reserve the spot over the phone. She said it wasn't needed as she would be in the office on Sat as it would only be a min. It took an hour. She was not wearing a mask. I've called 4 times and left messages twice. The mailbox is full and no one answers.

Stay away from this company. I was a customer for over 5 years. In the last year they doubled my rates and then removed my egress route for my camper without telling me. When I went to complain I was told to stop complaining or they would call the police. Wow, they need to send thei employees to customer service school.
