All of the employees here are friendly and professional. I came here on 5/25/23 and discovered that they're the only place in the mall that has halter bikini tops which I love. Emily was real friendly and helpful. She's great and you can tell she loves her job. She was all over the floor helping everyone out. I don't know her name but the Packers fan that worked the register was also real friendly. You can tell she also loves her job.

I'm actually between a three and a four for this store. I will edit after the holidays. The store was so crowded with merchandise that it was hard to move about. Even entering the day I went had racks. Also customers were not as friendly shopping and would pick up a folded shirt and then put it down unfolded. Made the tables of folded shirts hard for the employees to keep up with. Lines moved and employees were doing what they could. It was hard to find sizes and the quality of items is a mix, price ranges a mix but mostly super affordable with sales going on regularly. It's in the mall so you have mall parking.

Typically positive experience. This is fast fashion, so clothing is cheap but not incredibly durable. That being said I've found several nice pieces there. Unfortunately my most recent experience made me leave the store without any items. The staff were so inattentive that even though I waited by the register for several minutes, they never would come to check out. I asked for assistance, and they acted like they did not hear me. Not sure what was going on, as I have purchases things many times at this store and had only good experiences.

This stores music selection is wild. They played songs with repeated N word slurs. No bleep. Nothing. But directly after played a song where all of the rude words were bleeped. Why is it ok? It’s not. No one wants to shop in a place that constantly says slurs bout them and then downplays it

Was told when buying an item I could not try it on because dressing rooms were closed because of covid restrictions. So I bought two sizes with the understanding I could return the item that does not fit and receive a refund.When returning item they said I could only return it for store credit. They would not give me back credit on the credit card I had used.This is very unsatisfactory customer service since I was not told this when purchasing.

Based on my last experience I would give 1 star but on my past visits the employees were nice. The security tag on two items were left on which is annoying because I bought those items to wear for comfort traveling the next morning. Had to rip them off myself which made a hole. If you work a closing shift that doesn't give you an excuse to not give good service. Every customer should have the same experience whether stopping in near closing or at the start of the day.
