The Storage Mart representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. He patiently discussed all options in my area that could fit my needs. In the end, he came up with a better solution than I anticipated at a reasonable cost. Good job!

This place was fantastic when it was privately owned. If you want a storage unit that’ll increase your rates by 20% without notice every two months, this is the unit for you!! Customer service is terrible. Shady salesmen that’ll inform you rates increase about once a month - and when addressed about the monthly increases - just say “oh well that’s corporate”. Their justification of the increase is for upkeep of other facilities they own. I would highly recommend going to another storage unit and completely different company. Save yourself the headache.

At first I had gone in really easy. Then when I was leaving I had no idea how to get out of the storage area. So I call the help desk and they finally tell me I needed to move my vehicle closer to the gate and it would open. All in all I have had a wonderful experience with them. Thank you guys lol

This is very disappointing to hear that this new company that is taking over will be raising rates on old and new units by about $60 /per unit, adding an additional coverage fee if you don't provide them with home insurance of about $25/unit and increasing the late fee from what it used to be prior to Storage Mart buying out Chancellor Self Storage, from $10 to about $30 while also reducing the days from 5 to 1 day until you are assessed a late fee. This corporation wants to only take as money as they can from people. I will be leaving here as soon as I can and advise others to leave this place asap.

The facility is in great condition with no issues and location is perfect with ample space for large vehicles for many of our needs.
