Literally the worst nail shop in town!!!!! I walked in with a photo of what I wanted on my nails the lady gave me peach nails when the color was light pink with white dot flowers ! I asked her to fix my nails she said it wasn't her problem! I asked to talk to the owner and she came out saying it was my fault I picked hard nails to do. I said I wasn't paying for the nails since she didn't do anything I asked for. I left and went to Sindys nails they took off the crap nails and gave me exactly what I wanted !

I have been going here ever since I was 3 years old with my dad. Wii and Katie are definitely the best around!! Wii is AMAZING with special designs and can match any picture you show him!! Definitely recommend and will definitely only Be going here as long as I’m here!!

They’re not walk-in friendly anymore. They gave me an expectation of waiting an hour, for any nail service, yet employees were sitting there doing nothing. They said no more walk-ins after 5:15 (maybe that’s just today, I don’t know) No thanks, I don’t have the luxury of that much flexibility of time. Im totally fine making an appointment, but I never had issues like this before, and this is the second time.*update* Venus Nails is taking me right in :)

I've been a regular walk in with them. I attempted to go there almost 2 weeks ago and was told that they're booked due to appointments. They were really apologetic. I understood and left. They were very busy. I made an appointment to go there on another day. To my surprise, they gave my spot to a walk in, apologized and asked me to wait. This walk in, entered the door a few seconds ahead of me. I left without incident and went to another salon and am very glad that I did.Whenever I go to Celebrity, I take my teenage daughter with me we usually spend well over $200.00. I also leave generous tips.I will not be going back. Like I said they're busy, I will not be missed ?

First time visiting 3/20/23. I went because They open at 9:30 a m. I walked in and seated right away. I told The nail tech the pointer finger nail was glued on Crooked. She stopped, Looked at me with a stare, Then proceeded to continue. My cuticles are damaged.

If you're looking for a mani/pedi with long acrylic nails, this is THE place to go!However, if you're looking for a NATURAL mani/pedi, look elsewhere!I have been getting a mani/pedi for over 50 years; yes i am that old! I have had long natural nails all of my life and have never had the need for acrylic nails.Even with natural nails, all my mani/pedi take 1 to 2 hours. These have included warm wax & massaging both my feet/legs & hand/lower arms with polish to both hands & feet.However, this nail tech was done in under 1 hour!☹️Because I now work in Food Service, I don't get my finger nails painted; however, i do get my toes painted!To say I was disappointed in the fact that the massage and the hot wax both were less than 15 minutes is an understatement!But I let it go because I don't like making a scene.I normally tip 20% of the total service bill; however, my Rushed Out the Door experience had me tipping only 10%.When I got to my car, I started to examine my mani/pedi, I found I still had dead skin & rough cuticles on all my fingers! I had three hangnails that I had to take care of when I got home.Although she painted my toe nails, I found I had nail polish around my toes & 3 of my nails were filed slanted & uneven.Given that I have a very bad back, with hip problems, having to fix my pedicure at home was painful!To clarify, my nail tech was very kind & pleasant and ALL the Nail Techs do a GREAT Job with Acrylic Nails!But if you're looking for Natural Nails with Minimal Chemicals, this is not the place to go.

Love this place, wish I had found them sooner! Staff is very professional, but they're also having a great time which makes the mood nice and enjoyable (rather than awkward). It's also super clean inside!
