The Employee was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and courteous, he really was very helpful in helping me find some new jeans that actually fit me WELL and didn't wipe me out financially. I will shop there again, hopefully all there staff is that helpful

They advertise that they start at L and go up from there, however it seems like 2X is realistically as low as they go. The staff was super helpful though and very friendly.

Even though understaffed I received great customer service. Went to pick up an order from online but resulted in purchasing something from the store. Extremely helpful salesperson - who was working alone.

I would like to thank Scott for his outstanding customer service.I needed a full suit on short notice and was able to walk in and out of the store in less than an hour. Scott was extremely helpful and made me feel relaxed and comfortable as I tried on different sizes.I usually shop on line for my dress clothing however, my experience at the Fredericksburg store will bring me back.Well done, Scott! As usual, the staff and friendly and very helpful. (They get five stars.) My beef is in the inability to retrieve discounts that arrived via e-mail through the in-store use of one's phone number. (I'm out $20.)

I found everything I was looking for and a fair price. More than what I used to being primarily a Walmart shopper but it's nice to find cloths made for guys my size. The staff was nice but didn't do anything out of the ordinary to enhance the experience.
