I have now worked with Carter for 4 years and I will have to say it's been nothing short of AMAZING...It's been phenomenal! He is readily available at your finger tips. He clearly explains your loan options and the process plus keeps you informed every step of the way! He's saved my clients money, improved their credit scores, and has made the experience exceptional. This is quite a different process vs. working with an internet lender. Carter cares about the clients he serves, and strives for repeat business. Having been a realtor for 20 years I have worked with A LOT of lenders and there is no Comparision. Carter has been great to work with. My mortgage options aren't as straightforward as some people's, and I've had to ask a lot of specific questions to figure out what my best options are. Carter has been able to answer my questions and thoroughly explain all the minute details that come up. He's also super easy to talk to, unlike some of the bigger name lenders I've talked to in the past. I don't feel embarrassed to ask all the questions that I have, and I don't feel like he's going to judge me. 10/10 would recommend.
