Getting out of contracts is ridiculously expensive and almost impossible. Don’t sign a contract unless you have $1500.00 laying around to get out of it.

Horrible facility that takes advantage of people with their contracts that lock you in for YEARS. Paying over $1,000 to cancel a gym membership is INSANE & unethical. Not to mention, their terrible fitness regime. Do better. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM.

First and foremost, canceling my membership was an arduous process. They make it intentionally difficult, requiring numerous phone calls and endless paperwork just to cancel it. It's as if they want to ensure that you're stuck in their overpriced, lackluster program forever. The transparency of their fee structure is nonexistent, and the staff seems to revel in keeping you in the dark. It's as if they take pleasure in exploiting their customers, using shady tactics to squeeze every last penny from unsuspecting individuals who just wanted to improve their fitness.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Burn Boot Camp, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare. Trying to get out of their membership was like navigating a maze designed to trap unsuspecting victims. But the real kicker came when I discovered the outrageous fees they charged me for no apparent reason.
I strongly advise against getting involved with Burn Boot Camp. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and hard-earned money by looking elsewhere for a gym that actually values its members. Burn Boot Camp is nothing more than a money-grabbing scheme wrapped in the guise of a fitness program. Avoid at all costs!

I absolutely love burn! I've been a member since January 2023. It has completely changed my view of working out and creating a healthy lifestyle for myself. They were so welcoming and encouraging from day one. You receive personal training in a group setting as well as some one on one experiences. I love that I don't have to think about what exercises I'm going to do for the day. It's balanced mix of strength and cardio. There was a brief period where I had an injury outside of burn and the trainers customized workouts for me to still be able to participate daily which was absolutely AMAZING! In addition to the physical changes I've seen, I've also made a ton of friendships which are irreplaceable! Definitely check out burn west if you're looking for a challenge and a gym home!

I was skeptical at first, but let me tell you best decision I have ever made pertaining to a gym along with trainers. You get it all, the best entertaining, butt kicking will push you out of your comfort zone trainers, meetings to keep you on track and then to top it off, you create one AMAZING BURN FAMILY! Which is by far one of the many things I have come to LOVE about BURN!

I love Burn! I like how every work out is different and the trainers hold you accountable to push it to your full potential but also giving modifications if you need. Convenient camp times for all schedules!

As a member as long as you pay, they will love you, but employees get treated like slaves with minimum pay and if they don't like anything you do or you get sick, you get fired.

I dropped by a few times for workouts, the community is great, but really expensive for not always having a certified trainer training you (sometimes when they’re short, they will use people still in their certification process to teach classes).

Although communication/customer service isn’t the greatest I enjoy the trainers and the atmosphere. Will possibly try another location.

The workout program is good, however beware of the contract for 18 months. If you wish to cancel becuase of injury or otherwise, they will charge you 50% of your contract. This will cause you to go into major debt for something you will not use. Not sure if this legal in VA, but you can bet I will contact the State and county laws.

Great place to take the next level of selfcare. Beyond better than a traditional gym, 45 min with a trainer motivating and pushing yourself to get better. No boring machines, just bodyweight, cardio & weight. You're your own competitor. Friendly, clean, inspiring.

I’ve always worked out, but I fell off a bit. Recently joined Burn and I wonder why I ever stopped? I LOVE this type of workout environment and such a great group to work out with from the trainers to the friendly staff and everyone working out right beside you! I LOVE IT!
