I am sorry, but Burlington Coat Factory has the worst checkout system in the world. They have 30 people in line and only one or two cashiers. The manager sees it and does nothing to help the situation. I also had to return an item one day, and they don't have a customer service line you have to stand in a line of 40 people to do an exchange or refund. I also noticed the quality of items are not like they used to be.

Worst experience ever .. Sign said on Saturday's they close at 11:30pm .. I pulled up at 10:54 & doors were LOCKED .. Ive worked in retail for YEARS & anytime we had to close early , we put an explanation on the door for our customers .. Short-staffed , indoor problems or ANYTHING we always posted signs so it wont be any confusions or so it wouldnt seem like we were closing early just because .. Unprofessional in my book !

Stopped by this location to Guage the inventory to see if they had anything new on the racks or different at this center.The store wasn't a mess or overcrowded like some I've been to. I didn't see anything that I wanted, but my daughter found more than a few items that she seemed to like and was happy to have. They have a huge selection for young women and kids at this location, plus this outlet center has plenty of other stores to find what you're looking for.It's definitely a go-to place for all you shopping needs

the Jamaican lady walked past my husband and put her breasts on his back , exactly at 11:54 at night ,12/22 everything is recorded on the store's cameras, is intolerant and aggressive, this person should not be there

Our first red flag was when around 11:30 we heard that the store was closed, no explanations, just closed when the front of the store and online it shows the store closed at 12. Our second red flag was when we could hear yells from the back of the store when we were walking towards the register, as the manager black lady with green hear was yelling/arguing with a shopper, intense with crazy eyes and tone. Third instead of saying excuse me as she passed by like she had previously done once before, the same green haired lady rubbed her chest on me as she passed by making my pregnant wife extremely upset and rightfully so…. We should do better as people, we should do better as a society.
