We love Build A Bear, kids always have fun, plenty of choices, the rewards are nice, the staff are super good with the kids, the products are high quality, really nothing bad to say.

They are a kids, store right outside of their store are kids rides yet they refused to have change for the kids rides when the dollar machine doesn’t work. Great philosophy build a bear! Keep it up you don’t have my business ever.

Took my son here and he had a blast, I looked up online first to see if they have any characters he might like since he is not a bear child and we found one. He enjoyed the whole process and Hannah was really sweet and interactive. The wash station could use some new brushes and combs so we didn’t use those but it was fast and fun.

The first time we went we took our kids and they loved it! Our next trip we decided to go WITHOUT the kids lol! We actually had a lot of fun.. Build-A-Bear Workshop is such a cool place for anyone. ? I just wish we had one closer to where we live.

This store is so wonderful- the staff are all skilled and so enthusiastic! My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our time here, and the staff made it so much better! Can't say enough good things about this store.

I wanted to bear for myself Yes I am a grown woman. The staff still had me participate in making my bear wonderful with the hug test and the wishes and putting the little special heart into his body. They were very helpful. the store was very clean.

We have frequented Build a bear with our grands for years. Usually, the welcome is warm and they will go out of their way to make the customer feel warm and welcome. COVID has changed the policies (unfortunately) but the warmth should still remain. ThIs was the worst experience EVER in a Build a bear!
