I literally came here to get a temporary internet, and talked to Cameron. He told me that they don’t setup account past 730. He said that it would take a hour and he won’t get out until after 9pm because he has to close the store. I’ll be reaching out to his manager and district manager tomorrow.

I do like the cell bill price. I feel they are limited to what they can offer and what they can do for you inside the store. I just went there to have a phone activated and was told they could not do it and maybe customer service could help. I decided to just keep the phone I have rather than call their customer service only to be told they can't do it.

Horrible service. My Sprint service through Boost has not worked in over 1 week. Boost tech told me that my area is getting "enhanced". I was told "sorry, but we don't know when your service will return. Please have patience. We will credit you for the days you lost service ". Until that day finally arrives, you have no text or phone service. Today is 10/29/2020 service has not gotten better, I am now going to change, STAY AWAY FROM BOOST...I AM BOOTING BOOST

Spent 3 hours on the phone with boost mobile customer service trying to activate a new phone with no success. Walked into this store this afternoon and within 5 minutes Kay had my phone up and running. Thanks again. You're the best.

Unfortunately Dish took over T-mobile and Sprint, now my service is so bad I am looking to change. I complained at this store and they told me that "yes" the service as deteriorated because they are upgrading their Towers, but after 6 weeks I have given up. The 2 Hispanic reps ( male and female) were very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. They offered no help. Stay away from Boost, no service, no help.

Great service
