Horrible place, language barrier, cashier when she was mistaking my request, got up and walked away saying she will not help me. I stayed until I decided what I wanted, I thanked her and walked out...awful place don't know why people spend their money there

Went into the store because my phone shut off to see if they could help turn it back on. He plugged it in and tried to sell me a new phone instead of trying to help me. I explained the phone was fully charged and less than 6 months old.What a joke the customer service is here.

If you get the associates to set your phone up you might have to go back because certain apps won't work then they will give you a email for your I phone you should have gotten the day before

Purchased a plan with this Boost Mobile store almost 4 months ago which came with free phone. My husband and I had chosen the LG Stylo 6 being it had 64gb. WORST phone ever btw. Wish I'd done some research before doing so...I asked the salesman about the shrink-it plan because that's what we had in the past and he told us that Boost Mobile discontinued that plan so I asked why do you have advertisements about the shrink-it plan in your store then! His response was we're in the middle of renovating and just haven't taken the advertisements down yet. Well, that's completely false! I called Boosts main number and explained to them what was told to us by the salesman and he was in shock and said that's not true at all! They still have the pay 6 on time payments and plan will drop to 35.00 a month after so he put us on that plan yesterday... This store should reimburse us the difference back for not telling us the truth about the shrink-it plan and the troubles I've had with the phone since day one.I found all of this out because my phone was acting up and tried to call this store but recording came on saying they don't take calls and to dial 611 and someone will take care of us... While still on the phone with Boost I expained to them that you cannot call that store because they don't take calls there so he put me on hold and tried to call this Boost Mobile store. He was frustrated and said they have to answer calls for all Boost stores Not to mention the day we purchased a plan and chosen the phone we wanted, the salesman activated them and gave them to us. I clicked the stylo pen to pop it out and it got stuck leaving it almost 2 inches out of the phone so I handed my phone back over to him and he tried pulling it out. It came out a little more but wasn't budging after that so he handed me the phone back and said have a nice day. I asked can't you give me a new phone being this one was defective and he said he could not because we had already purchased the phones and said in 7 days to come back and buy the insurance plan for the phone and then it'll be taken care of... My phone has not been working right since we bought them...AVOID this store!!! They scam people into purchasing more expensive plans by telling you Boost Mobile discontinued shrink-it plan. Not true... I'm surprised this store has 4 + stars
