Ordered a personalized cutting board for my niece’s bridal shower (through Amazon). UPS lost the package! I called Customer Service and they did a rush redo of the cutting board and shipped it out priority so it arrived in time for the shower. They did not charge me for the second board or the express shipping. Plus the CS person was super nice and very efficient. Now that’s what I call OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! When and if the original order comes, they are providing a return label. And best of all, the cutting board is LOVELY! I ordered the big one in cherry wood. So pretty! I will definitely order from them again and tell all my friends and family too. A mark of excellence is how you respond when issues arise — well done. A true 5-star experience!

I had a lovely experience with Blue Ridge Mountain Gifts. I inquired about a larger order size (150) along with some questions about customizations and pricing. They got back to me very quickly, answered all my questions, and provided a proof of the customization I requested. We decided on the square slate Chicago Map coasters with a custom heart near where our wedding was held. They were the perfect touch for the table settings at our wedding and doubled as a favor to our guests. They were a huge hit and we love seeing them in our friend's homes when we visit. I would certainly purchase from Blue Ridge Mountain Gifts again, they were very professional and create a high quality product.

I gave this gift to my clients and they LOVED it!! They thought it was amazingly beautiful, so aptly captured the home that they bought and was such a nice surprise! They also loved the fact that the cutting side is on the other side of the image so that you don't have to cut over the picture. (I told them that so many other sites that sell cutting boards don't do this.) Thank you so much for delivering such a beautiful and amazing product!!!
