Worst nail experience I have ever had.

Stylist: Asked for full set of arcryllic nails, picked out regular color. Male tech began and put them on. The shape was awful and the color tip was too much. Another female tech came over and said she would fix it. She filed the nails, shaping them up on one hand and then went to the back to clean a pedi chair. I had to go back and ask if she was coming to finish. Then she shows a book of gel colors and says this color is close. I again said I don’t want gels. A picture was shown and kept displayed of what was requested. It had blue tips with a thin line at the top of the blue of silver glitter. Not hard to do. Long story short, no silver glitter line done. I go to pay and she says $55. I used my gift card which was $50. Then she said it was $65. I asked why so much. She said it was extra for gel. I again said I didn’t want gel and the blue was regular polish. I was there over two hours. They will not get anymore of my $. Very poor customer service. I should have paid $55 and walked out.

This nail shop was very relaxing. Very calm. They have so many plants (which I love). The windows are not see through which is a first time experience for me and one reason why I would definitely go back. No distractions. Chin did my nails and she was very good. Very gentle with my hands and my feet. She upsold me on getting my brows done and she did wonderful. When I go back I'm definitely requesting her. I got "Put It In Neutral" by OPI.
Cleanliness: Very clean
Stylist: Chin was my tech and she did great

I have been going to Blue Pearl Nail Salon for years! Kim, Paul, Ellis, Ben, Jade and others are all very knowledgeable and do a good job! I always feel welcome and well taken Care of. I just love the plant decor and cleanliness of the shop!

I recently booked an appointment for myself, my daughter, and friend to get a mani/pedi in preparation for our wedding. They accommodated all of us together for an evening appointment. I showed them an inspiration photo from pinterest and they exceeded my expectations. I'd definitely recommend them.

A coworker recommended the nail tech Desiree, and I’m so happy I got a gel manicure from her! Desiree was personable, listened to what I wanted, and she was very thorough. I highly recommend her, this was the best manicure/polish I’ve ever had.

Blue Pearl Nails and Spa is the BEST salon in Fredericksburg.Cleanliness? Perfect.Atmosphere? Perfect.Professionalism? Perfect.Services rendered? Perfect.What more is there to say?I get my nails done here every two weeks without fail, and I continue to be impressed with every experience. The salon is beautiful and peaceful. Everything in the salon itself is perfectly clean and beautifully organized. They have all the polish colors and options you could possibly imagine and talented nail technicians who can pretty much replicate anything you ask for! They are professional and punctual with their appointments, too, which is so important.I personally get my nails done by Ooy. She takes her time and care with every nail. I have never left her chair any less than absolutely thrilled with my gorgeous nails! Not only is she incredibly talented and impeccably skilled, but she’s also one of the loveliest people I’ve ever met. I adore her, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their nails done.I also recently got my eyebrows waxed by Ms. Kim, the owner, who was so kind and professional. She has years of experience and made my eyebrows look amazing.
