Odd rave. I inquired about future services and expansion of service at one of my properties but had to go another direction with my plans. J.Ennis and the ladies in the office were super helpful and very considerate of my constant questions and change. Price was well below any quote I have received in the area.

Way to many problems to list but some a bulk supply com. Charges 3.49 a gallon, witch I can bye it at a gas station for 2.98 that's ridiculous. $100. A month for a tank I can buy my own 100gl for less than that . And if you want propane for 2.99 a gallon than you get on a program at a $100. A month. I only use $200. a year. They are a joke . And to go with that 30' of copper line to add a heater is about $698. Installed in can buy the line for $48. They will rob you if you don't shop around

I was a customer since 2020 and from the beginning things weren't right. After the initial sign up and the 120 gallon tank for my fireplace was installed I was told that a computer program would be used to calculate my usage and monthly bill. When I was informed that my monthly bill would be over $110 a month I did the math in my head. Over $1000 a year for a fireplace that is basically used for esthetic purposes. I quickly elected to pay as I went which would work out to be about $60 a year. Because of my low propane usage my tank lease fee increased to over $150 a year. I used all of the propane in the tank by the end of last season and planned to have it filled this December. In October I was billed the $159 tank lease fee and was then contacted a week later to see if I wanted the tank to be picked up since it was empty and I hadn't elected to fill it. Note that the waited until AFTER collecting the lease fee for the new year to ask if I wanted the tank to be removed. When I contacted the office to discuss the matter I then found out that a lock had been installed on the tank that I had just paid the year lease on without my knowledge. I then asked if it was practice to lock the tanks of customers in good standing. When I asked to speak to the manager I was first told that he was in a meeting, then he was at lunch and finally he was out of the office to do a site check. It wasn't until I called the corporate office and told them what was going on that I promptly received a call back from the manager. The excuse that I was given for the lock on the tank was that they were concerned for my safety because the tank was empty and they thought that there may have been a leak yet with the concern nobody from blossman ever contacted my to tell me that they had a concern about a leak and made no mention of it when I called to ask about the tank lock. Companies need to realize that thanks to technology people can be told about situations like this. I don't do business with Companies who try to strong arm their customers. I ha had their tank removed and a different company set and fillnew tank. Blossman is a very shady company to deal with.

we moved into a new house where the previous owners had leased tanks with blossman. After calling and emailing multiple times I was finally able to get someone to discuss plan options with me to see if we wanted to continue the service. the prices were ridiculous, the customer service ridiculous. After finding a cheaper price elsewhere, we politely let them know we would not be signing and to schedule a time for their tank removal. after two emails with no response, one day two techs randomly showed up in our backyard without an appt. totally unprofessional, unresponsive, and expensive!!

Absolutely terrible business operation. We just moved in and are very glad that we decided not to go with them. When we moved in we were never provided information on local propane service except for the fact that our tank was Blossman. So when we called to find out information on their program they sent over papers to sign up for a new account. While we reviewed that and also checked other propane services to compare, they sent someone to cap our line without informing us or giving us 24 hours to respond. After calling to complain they still tried to get us to sign up without resuming service even though the fuel was already paid for before we even moved in. Their customer service and service reps are horrible and they have no concern for providing quality service. Thank goodness for other options in the area that don't force you to sign a 5 year contract. We told them to take their tank because we are going with another service. If you can avoid using them, do it.

I would have selected zero stars but don’t have the option, stay away from this company, they’re very unprofessional with a terrible customer service. My experience with them has been something had never seen in my life. I had their service through our builder, three months later after we have paid them an amount of $5,125 for tank lease, 400 gal worth of gas and other expensive, they martial to our home to force us paid an amount of $150 as inspection fee for an inspection they conducted. No official bill was sent prior to this, but the guy were so rude and aggressive to the extend that they finally cut the gas line. I was very furious about that because if we have been able to paid for the gas tank and propane gas of an amount of $5,125 why wouldn’t we pay $150 as inspection fee. I asked them to go so we call their office line to complete payment but they still went ahead, disgraced us infront our kids and neighbors, and even became physical some point. I have never seen anything of sort, and someone disrespecting us in this nature. Had to cancel my service with them later even though they reconnected the line, I will be be with such a company with terrible customer service. Save your self and do much search, there are better propane companies out there, stay away from them.

Deeply dishonest company, do not work with their budget plan, they hid charges from me in there and lied about how much set up cost.*Edit* If you think they're billing department is sketchy, Wait till their service department charges you a $120 diagnosis fee for no diagnosis. What's important is they feel they earned it.*Edit #2* removed my 30 day terms because they charged a tank rental fee completely unattached to any delivery. For a tank that they didn't maintain which caused me to go without heat for a week this winter when I had a newborn at home. But I can't get rid of them because the literally charge me to take the gas away.

I’m just glad we insisted on purchasing our tank so we can move on with another company for propane. I was told I would have to pay if I wanted them to fix my yard but also that they don’t do that.

I made this a 2 because the actual service has always been great whereas the customer service has been a bit below. When there was damage to the system caused by family members, Blossom was out right away to resolve the issue. The delivery guys and other field reps have always been great. Where I've always struggled with Blossman has been in obtaining price information: getting an accurate current price, getting a quote but then being billed at a higher rate and then having to call to get that corrected and also getting a call back from management to discuss issues (although I did receive a prompt call back today). All of that has led me to desire owning my own tank versus being tied to a lease and, therefore, tied to their price as you can only purchase from them. I'd like to shop around and get a fair price based on competition, supply & demand, etc. I'm currently faced with buying a tank from another company as Blossman will only sell their, already installed, tank for a price that's close to the cost of a new tank. That is what it is, but I guess a step I need to take.Update: I did end up buying the tank from Blossman. It was more expensive than it should have been, I'm quite sure, but it definitely feels good to get that done because they keep raising the leasing price if you don't purchase enough propane during the previous year. I think that's worth the drop of another star. Glad to be free from all the trickery involved with leasing.

Blossman has my business for life! Standby generator running for over 70 hours from the snow storm, requested a fill on the app and they were out within hours to top off the tank. (with snow on the roads) Thank you for the great service.

Blossman installed our above ground tanks for our generator and have provided excellent service since. During the Jan 2022 snowstorm, they were out to deliver propane the next day.
