I used to have great experiences with this shop so I figured I’d drop by when I noticed my tire was leaking. I didn’t have an appointment so dropping it off was my initial plan. Speaking to Daniel, he mentioned he’d be able to have me set within an hour or hour and a half. After nearly two and a half hours though, he hadn’t even looked at it yet. I understand appointments come first, but the false assurance had me stick around in the first place. I asked to get my car back then so I could take it elsewhere, but he already had my car lifted up and needed to deal with a half dozen other customers in line before he could even retrieve my car. Nearly 3 hours of waiting for nothing. Really disappointing.

Great, quick & helpful shop! They actually had my tires, but it would only have been a couple days to schedule others in if I needed.

Customer service wasn't very helpful about a delivery order. Same day delivery is what they said, but not what they did. Third party delivery service needs to be changed, or stock management at BJ's. Regardless not too happy I didn't get the items I needed today.

The service team was very nice. However, when I got my truck back from getting new tires installed my brakes started squeaking. My rims were dirty so maybe some dirt got on the rotors. They tried to fix it with brake cleaner but it didn't fix the problem. I am hesitant to take my truck back to get them to try and fix the issue .

Bjs is a rip off scamming a senior citizen on a 2009 ford escape tire 220 dollars when she could have got the same tire for 100 or less

I usually have great experiences at BJ's, but then I don't usually need customer service. There was a tv on sale that I asked about to "the person in charge." He said he didn't know if they had the tv in stock. I asked if he could check and he said, " not today." I asked if I could check with the manager and he said HE was the manager. So I said, there's no way to know if it's in stock and he said no. So I said, so basically you don't care about selling any tvs today and his response was, "nope,not today." I was kind of shocked by his flip attitude. Oh well, lots of places to get tvs.

I'm very disappointed in BJ's today. Normally they're a great place to shop and have good bargains. However I think they're trying to little bait and switch on us. They offer $.75 off per gallon of gas if you buy four of their qualifying products. Unfortunately the qualifying products are a little bit hard to find like a scavenger hunt and I don't have a problem with that. What I do have a problem with is the advertised items that have multiple SKUs and only if you pick the right SKU do you get the discount. I spent well over $100 today on things I probably didn't need thinking that I was getting the right items in to get my $.75 off per gallon and a couple more that were supposed to be an additional $.10 a gallon. When I got my gas at the gas station I didn't get the discount. I asked the attendant there and she said there was nothing that she could do that I needed to buy the gas and then go to the store and they would take care of me. I did that and I went to the store to find out that I hadn't bought the "right" items. I was sure that when I bought one particular I minute it said the $.75 off over it but they confirmed that I was wrong. I was essentially told sorry you didn't buy the right item you can't get the discount. I asked how about if I brought it bring that item in and exchange it and was told no can't help you have to be the same transaction. I even considered to do a complete refund and get rid of the junk that I didn't need. I'm so disappointed that I don't think that I will renew my membership when it comes up next year. I might even cancel now and get a refund. I do have a membership at Costco and I guess that's where I really need to be shopping. Come on BJ's you can do better than this. Empower your managers or "persons in charge" to take care of things and fix them. I felt like I was being a bad guy by requesting what I thought was my discount.

My wife shops here frequently. Great wholesale store, convenient, quality products, helpful staff! I appreciate their lowest gasoline prices of anywhere!!!

Very nice people. I had a delivery of water for them. I showed up about 10 to 12 hours early and was low on available hours to drive. Even though they could not receive me at the time I was able to use there hudge parking lot to get some much needed rest. Thank You again

I've always liked this particular BJs, but it doesn't have as good of a selection of food and other items as other BJs locations. Also, it's not very clean, restroom is kind of dirty typically. People are friendly. Bonus... They do have early hours for first responders!

The curbside pickup is not properly explained- you have to check in through the app and if you are not familiar with it they will not explain it to you. They told me we had to go in and get it ourselves since we didn't know how to work the app.

BE CAREFUL!! Regarding the Fredericksburg location : I just found out my stepfather said he was being viewed while using the restroom by another person in the restroom who turned out to be an employee. My stepfather did not want to call the police and get him fired, he just wanted something done to stop it from happening again. When he called over the manager, he was told the employee was a good kid and wouldn't do anything like that. The employee was called into his office and talked to. No disciplinary action was taken since there was no evidence it had happened -as by that time there would have been plenty of time to erase any images and/or videos. To my knowledge, he still works there (the manager today said nothing had been done regarding the incident), and so I just thought I should sen out a warning.

If you want to be discriminated against, aggressively approached to produce your ID to enter the store and have your rights violated then this is the place for you. My experience with the individuals at the front door was absolutely horrific even during these times there is a right and wrong way to go about approaching someone. They did it wrong and when I called to speak to the manager i waited 15 minutes and this guy was a complete ****head. Training issues for sure are required and management needs to be replaced. So... as a red blooded american and patriot I said I'll fix this... Yes that is right, I went up the road to COSTCO... Unbelievable experience,... Friendly, helpful and complimentary masks for COVID19 and protection for all. 22 years with BJ's and today that relationship ended. I canceled my credit card with BJ's I will no longer use their fueling station and I am canceling my membership. Hooray and Congratulations Bj's you won!!!... You have lost a long time customer. Costco.... Thank you, your stores are bright, your employees are friendly and helpful the reception coming into your operation was amazing did not know what I was missing.
