Best Buy sent products to my home. I had to return the items due to software issues. Best Buy was very nice about the return and actually sent another. The replacement was also with software issues. Best Buy stood behind the warranty period and has a joyful person that took care of the return.

The member of the geek squad who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time in explaining and answering my questions, as well as trying to save me money. I have always found geek squad members to be extremely helpful. And this time was no exception.

Waited too long for a customer service representative to help. Limited staff, if you are in a hurry, don't go there. You can find good prices,however, they don't always stand behind their promises and the Total Membership.

Asked for help in a certain section of the store where items were behind locked cases, employee said someone would meet me.Plenty of employees standing around not helping other customers.10 minutes later went back to the initial customer service desk employee and he proceeded to walk me back to where I had been waiting. He provided little to no insight into what I was trying to purchase, so I ended up buying the bare minimum I came in for to avoid any more unnecessary interactions.Would have purchased more for the holidays if not for the lack luster customer service.

I've never had a bad experience with Best Buy. All the workers have been very nice. The gentleman who recently helped my mother and I, also helped me about 4 months ago. He took his time and was patient with us.

This best buy is terrible. I was in the store to spend roughly $350 and there wasn't an employee who could or would help me set up the purchase and install of a remote start. Several employees were on their personal phones and discussing school and weather with each other but they were clearly too busy to help customers.

I never knew how unreliable Best Buy was until I actually gave them a chance. We are furious with our online ordering experience. We placed an order a week ago for two PCs that said it would be ready today. Today came and all day it said the order was being prepared to be picked up today like it said. Hours went by and nothing so we called and the lady on the phone confirmed they were at the store and had to go through some inspection process before pickup and told us it would be an hour and half to the next morning. A few more hours went by and we got an email saying they are delayed for the next few days. We needed answers and decided to drive to the store to get an actual answer. The employee at the store said the PCs were never even shipped out. We are extremely frustrated with how much Best Buy has wasted our time and ruining our week. How could it of been in a preparing status if they were never even there? We don't know who to believe and I definitely do not recommend Best Buy for online ordering with how unreliable they are throwing lies around and confusing people.
