The manager Betsy is rude and unprofessional! I had a receipt for an online order and she told me I couldn’t do an even exchange the money would be returned I didn’t have time for that because these were Christmas gifts and I just wanted to do an even exchange! She refused. Upon calling customer service it was stated to me that she could have done the even exchange just seems like she didn’t want to for me!

The only reason its getting 2 stars is bc when my husband and i were in there checking out, the manager was super rude and condescending to the guy who was new and made a small mistake at thes register. I felt embarrassed for him. You should treat all your employees with respect.

Love Bath and Body Works! They have the best sales and a friendly staff! The staff is available for any questions, the store is clean and fully stocked!
