Thank you Sarah! My wife and I use various banks for personal and our business banking and per my wife "where ever Sarah goes we go. She is always extremely kind and professional and she really makes Bank of America look good.Emanuel was also very helpful today

Bank of America is the absolute worst banking center I have ever dealt with! They did not notify me that fraud had occurred involving my account, and when I discovered this, and notified the bank of the issues, they told me this was something I could have prevented. They told me it would take 45 days to refund the money that was fraudulently deducted from my account and refused to reimburse me until the full length of the investigation was complete (45 days). What is the purpose of a bank that cannot protect money? Why even have any Bank of America's at all? The customer service was appalling from the fraud department to the banking centers I visited in person to the 1-800 Bank of America phone number. The fraud department could not give me any reason why my account was not flagged and I was not notified of the fraud and furthermore, they could not assure me that this would not happen in the future. So of course my husband and I will be closing all Bank of America accounts so that we can bank at another institution where our money is protected. I would suggest any Bank of America customers to be very vigilant, check all of your savings and checking accounts frequently and monitor all transactions very carefully since the banking institution is not doing so. I hope that this communication will help prevent other customers or potential clients from experiencing what we are currently going through. I would suggest banking at any other institution other than Bank of America.

1 STAR ONLY BECAUSE YOU HAVE TOO!!!! my elderly sister banks here and wrote me a check to go and get her some cash. this bank not only doesnt have a DRIVE THROUGH, but they CHARGE YOU 8.00 TO CASH A CHECK. this reminded me why i no longer bank here and i hope after today she wont either!! PLAIN RIDICULOUS!

I have banked at Bank Of America since it opened. I have never had any trouble. Yes, once in a while they had trouble with their outside ATM machine however, there is a new one recently put in. I have never come across a person working in the bank who is not friendly. The customer service representative's have always been very helpful in financing and opening up certain types of accounts.

Literally the worst bank branch of ANY bank! I only have a vehicle payment to make through them, and I always wait in line usually 20+ minutes, there is always a line out the door and only 1 teller. The store manager there is the most rude woman I have ever meet. She NEVER greets customers, and when the line is long and there is only 1 teller she NEVER says sorry or anything to customers, just stairs at you rudely. It's ridiculous I wouldn't bank here ever again and all I do is make vehicle payments. I'm sorry for the people that do all their banking here!
