Every time I visit this location, I look forward to seeing Maggie. She’s always helpful, upbeat, and positive and goes out of her way to help any way she can. Customer service is relatively nonexistent in today’s world. The customer service that Maggie always provides is beyond exceptional.

I had an appointment at 9 and didn't get waited on until almost 10. The lady was nice but overwhelmed with the amount of customers. When I returned it I stopped 1 mile before getting there and fueled up (38.27) I was still charged 116.00 for fuel! A complete rip off and they won't answer the phone. I suggest if you can rent somewhere else do it!

Cars need servicing bad. I had to switch car due to Maintenance on vehicle. 2nd car I got stuck with because there were no available cars where I traveled to. Called customer service multiple times. I would suggest to take a spin around the block before taking off completely to make sure the car is making loud noises, tires causing you to be shook up and brakes are good. All those happened to me between 2 vehicles, plus having a big roach in the car. Eww!!

ID GIVE IT LESS THAN a star if possible. Had to wait an hour to get a vehicle ? and then be turned away because a code on my license that hasn't been in effect for 2 years ridiculous worst place everDONT RENT HERE, GO TO ENTERPRISE.

I had to wait in line because there were so many customers! The store is small and didn't seem like a rental car company would be doing so well!I had the pleasure to work with Maggie and she was amazing with the amount of people there and the tough customers that she faced, she was able to get me my car and then help me when my car situation did not work out as I wanted.I am very happy with service at this Avis and would recommend anyone to rent from this location!

Highly recommend renting from this office. Both Maggie and Ed were extremely helpful and worked with me on my situation. It is hard to find efficient customer service with rental companies, but this Avis office was amazing.

The vehicle was not serviced we had to buy coolant and put it inthe windshield wipers were falling apart if it rain we would of not been able too see. Return manager was very rude. And the first customer service person put the wrong information in caused us to pay a late fee .

Only had my debit card after a soft credit check was able to rent a car since my engine wasn't repairable. The only customer service representative at the store was amazing. She was informative and up front with information. The car was clean service was fast but I did have an online reservation which helped.

I rented a vehicle prior to Christmas. The vehicle was alright. However, it took about 45 minutes to get all paperwork done because I had to wait in the lobby for someone to come back in. The second time I went to rent a vehicle I was turned away because I didn't have a car insurance policy of my own. The associate ran my credit and told me he could not offer a vehicle. I came back a few weeks later and was told I HAD TO purchase their additional coverage, or they would not rent to me. I explained to the associate I was turned away just a few weeks ago and the only answer I can get is "I'm not sure what happened or why". No further investigation, no actions taken. I had codes for discounts and none of them worked. The associate was absolutely not helpful in this matter, nor did she even offer some type of discount considering I was really hoping to use the ones THE COMPANY sent to me. I'd like to know why there is always an issue with this place and different stories that can't be backed up.

I reserved a car and the staff at the location was great…however….I reserved for 2 days at a cist for $159.00. From challenges of my own I returned the car 3 hours Kate than reserved time. I was charged an additional $159, fir the additional 3 hours. I called the help line and was given a lecturer on contract agreement. Once I agreed I should gad followed the contract tge Avis rep informed me he would remove all charges for the 3 hours. I checked my receipt and that was not the case. I called another Avis representative and retold the story and experience with the colleague and was informed I would be charged the original cist plus regular daily rate of $79.. I await the final receipt. Definitely not customer service at it best!…better options are available!

I live in New York and my parents live in Fredericksburg - not too far from this location. Since the first time dropping off here I’ve been a loyal customer and will continue to be. It’s almost always the same woman running things. She’s kind, efficient, a real multitasker and no matter how busy it is she always seems to have everything under control. She’s a real gem.
