Brian and Autumn were incredible to work with! My boyfriend and I got our loan through Atlantic Bay for our first house, and they made the process so smooth and stress free! My husband and I were first time home buyers and we had decided to go to a lender our realtor suggested. After 3 days of not hearing back from that lender I became worried that the process was going to be long and difficult. Brian and company are all amazing. First time buyer so I was mostly clueless about all of the mortgage and financing things that needed doing, and they were super patient and helpful in walking me through it. I recommend doing hybrid online closing, as that takes very little time in-person to wrap up the odds and ends that needed a notary.
