It made me feel way more comfortable and sure of my apartment choice. She was always quick to answer my emails and took every one of my calls. Jazzlyn has been so welcoming since I have been here for the past 2 months. I know if I have any needs arise she will point me in the right direction. “The office staff is friendly and maintenance is always very helpful. The office staff is on top of keeping the amenities clean.
Jasper the event coordinator is a doll and brings some sunshine to the complex. Wes the maintenance man is so helpful and always so nice. The office is great at responses to issues. They have very convenient amenities. The only issue here are the tenants. There are a select group who are like children and cannot follow the rules and be responsible. It is sad because if the tenants would clean up after themselves and their dogs and not smoke this would be a 5 star place to live. With the high costs of rent in our current times it would be nice if your neighbors had some class and we could live in a clean environment. Emails are sent out constantly from the office, but they continue to ignore the rules. They need a children's play area if they are going to rent to families. They have a large dog park and no children's park.”
