Unfortunately there is no 0 star review. The day I bough the 2017 Honda civic, and I have problems with it. They said the car had no accident, but the truth it has 3 accident, from that time we have issues with the car. The lady Alondra who was there unprofessional.

Purchased Car 11 months ago. I live in MD, and ANZ salesman said VAN will be registered in MD upon purchase (I paid additional fees). When I purchased vehicle, it had VA tags, not the MD tags I was told. I was assured we'd get MD tags prior to VA tags expiring. They now expire in a month, and ANZ aren't picking up there phone, and voicemail box is full.Sadly, we completely forgot they never provided us a title. I have the "Bill of Sale", and every other document from transaction. I forgot what the reason was, but regardless of the reason, we never received title.The experience started great. They had the car ready quickly and service provided was professional. Entire staff was welcoming and inviting. Very disappointed with how things are turning out with ANZ Auto.

Don’t. Their listings are inaccurate. Lied about condition of the vehicle both on the listing and on the phone. Went to look at it, found many electrical and mechanical problems wrong with the car. Wouldn’t legally be able to pass inspection. They even tried to lie to me about the condition of the car while I looked at it. The pictures they use on their car listings are misleading and reflect nothing of the vehicle’s true condition. Don’t waste your time coming here.

So far, it's good. Put a deposit down after we agreed on price and now just awaiting on car getting ready. Professional and courteous. Will update when I get car.

Wish I could give ZERO stars.Where do I begin? They knowingly sold us an ILLEGAL vehicle and it was like fighting tooth and nail trying to get it returned. The most unprofessional “manager” I’ve ever met in my entire life. Rude, disrespectful, and a scammer. They all have done nothing but LIE... told us our truck we traded in was at the auction, but now it’s listed for $7,000 more than he gave us saying “it’s not worth anything”. Save yourself a headache and STAY AWAY from these crooks!

I bought a car in this dealer the car had the stabily trak on and they told me it is only a sensor 2 months later the transmission broke and the transmission computer, so I spent several thousand dollars more I could not give a good review of this dealer

Asked if the vehicle was inspected before I came. They said yes. When I got there no stickers were on the vehicle, so I asked why they said it was inspected. They said it was, it just didn't pass... So I asked for the rejection. He told me it just was the exhaust, eventually gave me the paperwork which had more than just exhaust on rejection. When I asked about it he said oh yeah it needs that too. Had to walk away because who knows what else they were being untruthful about.

I recently purchased a car from Amir for my son. He was wonderful to work with! He helped me thru the whole process. I am disabled and he even went as far as to help me to and from my vehicle with my walker. That really meant alot to me. I highly recommend buying from him. Amir immediately addressed any concerns or questions I had. We love our "new" car! Excellent experience & great prices! I would definately buy from him again. Keep up the great work!
