Larry B literally saved me from an insurance nightmare. He answered my call right before closing and crafted a policy quickly and efficiently. Based on his excellent service, I plan to move my home owner’s policy to State Farm as well. I sincerely appreciate his assistance and will recommend him and SF to my friends and family.

This office is a class act. Larry was knowledgeable and professional. Best of all, he patiently and fully answered all of my numerous questions. I also appreciated that there were no high pressure sales tactics: I was treated as a real person with a real mind of my own. I ended up switching to State Farm as a result of my experience with Larry. As an added bonus, I ended up saving a bundle on my car insurance...really.

Crystal has by far been the best agent I have had the opportunity to work with. She goes above and beyond to make sure I understand things that are happening with my policy. She is very professional and loyal to her clients. She has been sure to keep me updated with special changes and request that I had made on my policy. She even went as far as contacting the financial department to get clarification on a bill I didn't understand. I would recommend Crystal and this agency to anyone.

Crystal and the State Farm team were all too accommodating and helpful when I needed to switch over. They were not only patient when I was unsure they were reassuring and went above and beyond to ensure they could work within my busy schedule. I really appreciate the professionalism offered but also how essy they made the whole transition. 10/10 would recommend.

I spoke with Larry Bickmann today and set up our new Home, Auto and Personal Umbrella policies. Larry was knowledgeable and even suggested options I did not know about that could save us money. At all times he was a Professional and I highly recommend the Agency of Anne Reeves - State Farm Insurance Agent to any and all.

I rarely write reviews though my experience with Larry Bickmann certainly deserves a shout out. I had been researching the internet for an alternative insurer since my rates had increased precipitously. I was then bombarded with calls from call centers. I liked that Larry was the individual who initiated contact and followed through. I didn't contact him until about a month later. He returned my call promptly and saved me a considerable amount of money. I did have a few follow up questions and the folks in this office answer the phone quickly. In contrast, my former insurer has yet to return my call from days ago. Big difference! So State Farm has my business for sure. Thanks for the good service.

I rarely leave reviews, but after the experience I had with this branches call service, I feel that the owner/owners of this branch, need to be made aware of what occurred:I cannot express to you how disappointed I am with this branches customer service skills. State Farm was recommended to me by family and friends of mine who have them as their insurance providers. On 08/19/2023, I was in the middle of a vehicle purchase (hours away from my home town, and unfortunately unable to reach the branch office in my town, due to them being closed), and decided to call one of the local branch offices (open until 12pm). I do not recall the woman's name, but when I spoke with her, I told her my situation, and that I would like to sign up for car insurance (I let her know the urgency). She proceeded to communicate in a disinterested tone (almost berating me in a way), and told me that she could not sign me up, and that I needed to call the 800 number - that they would sign me up.Naturally, I was confused, but I trusted her, and called that number. I waited on hold for quite a while, only to find out from the 800 number representative, that they cannot (and never), sign people up via the 800 number, and asked for the branch offices contact info, so the rep could call the local branch office, and have them sign me up (putting me on hold). The 800 number rep took me off hold, and said that the branch office quote: "... appears to have turned off their phones and are not answering..." it was around 11:00am... In the end, Allstate immediately helped me, routing me from a call center, to an agent.Intentionally not doing your job, during normal business hours, is one thing... But turning off your phones, during normal business hours, is another, hence my 1 star review. Avoid CALLING this branch office.
