Heather and Alicia helped my family purchase our first home 1 year ago, during the market boom. As first time buyers, the whole process can be intimidating (especially with how competitive the market was) but these two made it so comfortable and easy. They were friendly and thorough and were able to get us into viewings quick. It seems like they have a good network/connections in the industry and that’s a great bonus. We were grateful to have stumbled upon Heathers info on Zillow and would definitely recommend Angstadt Realty.

You cannot find a better firm to handle your real estate transactions. Alicia Angstadt and her team are experts in their profession. Knowledgeable and resourceful, the Angstadt group has once again sold our home in no time at all, while maximizing the money we walked away with. The process was almost effortless for my wife and I, even though, behind the scenes, Alicia was working tirelessly to make sure everything ran as smooth as possible. As for how they measure up against other real estate firms, I could not tell you. Over many years, and multiple relocations, we have never even considered the need for anyone else to handle the selling and purchasing of our biggest investments. Thank you Alicia Angstadt.

Constantly sends out mail to buy your home. Even after sending letters, calling their office and going in person. The young woman who said she handles the mailing list was less personable.

As mentioned in previous review, this company sends extremely rude postcards to people about their property. My elderly foreign born mother got one today and was very upset. The card says something along the lines of how long will it be before I hear from you...this is the last time I'm contacting you...This is the third notice...I have a recorded message for you...and don't tell anyone about this...etc. What a way to conduct business!

ScamEither this company or the other one registered at the same address sent us a "property notification...we urgently need to speak with you about your property and it's{sic} transfer of ownership...please call..."I looked up this online, and it seems that it is a common message which, though obviously a scam, has caused concern with the recipient.Do not reply if you get one of these notices.
