Amanda represented the sellers when we recently purchased our home. We have an issue with our final walkthrough documents not being upheld. Amanda has ignored evey attempt at communication, and will not respond to our emails. We have not had a good experience working with her and find her unprofessional to say the least.

Amanda in no way is it slander. I am sharing my experience and what it was like to work with you. Your behavior was unethical from the beginning. You accepted our offer via email and then asked for a higher offer because someone else was shown the house. It wasn't until we made it known that this would go to court did you advise the sellers to follow through with accepting our original offer. You pushed for days for us to submit a higher offer and attempted to put us in a bidding war. You were not upfront about the pool pump, and it wasn't until a third party informed us that it was in fact broken. The damage to the retaining wall is one of many questionable decisions you made. Our experience working with you was not stress free. It was not until I wrote a truthful review that you have offered to share said emails. If you wish to share them please send them.

I can't even put into words how easy Amanda made it to buy a house. We were first time home buyers with no idea what to expect. Amanda was there for every question, made sure everything ran smoothly and was extremely knowledgeable about everything with the process, from the big things to the small details. Would 100% recommend her to anyone buying a home!

This is my second home where Amanda has represented me as the buyer. Obviously, my first experience with her was great, and I wanted to work with her again. She’s lived in the area for many years and is extremely familiar with the market. When she wasn’t available herself to show me a property, she quickly found a colleague to work with me on her behalf so that I didn’t miss an opportunity. I trust her and her expertise, and always felt that she was looking out for my interest. She made great recommendations for others to work with, from lending to inspection to repairs. While I hope that I won’t need her services again for years to come (I never want to move again!), I would confidently recommend her to anyone that wanted to either buy or sell.

Amanda was great to work with, see has helped us on three separate occasions (Two purchases and One sale). In November of 2020 we moved into our custom built dream home! It wouldn't have been possible without Amanda. She had a professional relationship with the selling agent. And even with our dream home under contract by another buyer, we were able to secure a contract when the other perspective buyer's contract fell thru. During this time the market was super hot and we avoided having to compete with the open market on our home. Her recommendation for a loan officer was superb and together with a lot of cards stacked against us we made the transaction! She also sold our then current home within 2.5 days on the market for over asking price! We'd received close to 20 offers! Like I said she's easy to work with, responsive, and simplifies the home buying/selling process which most people know is can be extremely frustrating at times. One final personal touch, she sends my wife and I mail from time to time including birthday cards and gift cards! What more can you expect??? When we decide to purchase additional properties, rental or otherwise we will certainly be looking to use Amanda and highly recommend her!
