I cannot recommend this company enough!! If you need anything for your vehicle, please call them to see if they can get it for you. Their customer support supersedes the competition by miles. I know this to be true because after calling about 20 different places the other day in an attempt to find replacement glass for my sunroof, they were only 1 of 2 places that could help me. Their price was 1/3 of the other person’s (not his fault, he was getting it from elsewhere). But again, that speaks to their customer support. You’re not going to get price gouged & they are going to do what they can to help you. Oh! & my “part” was in their shop the very next day!! Wallace was who initially helped me. Then, I chatted with William, who rang me up, but EVERYONE there was so kind I could hear how helpful them were to other customers they were assisting on the phones.

From a business perspective, this place should be in the top 10 dealers in the DMV. Let me explain why: WILLIAM NINO. If he isn't the boss there, he should be. Why? Because his service is amazing. Cliche, I know, but let me elaborate - he goes out of his way to help you, to find you a quality part at a great price, to find updates and call you back, to find parts outside of his territory, for being transparent and easy going. If they have it in stock, they'll deliver it the same day or the next day and they're located in deep VA and my business is in northern MD. That's fast. No other used dealer in the DMV can come close to ETA's. Even at retail prices, they're usually cheaper than their counterparts. Their yard is also a part of a large program called TEAM PRP and they ensure all yards comply with their guidelines and regulations. So, AFAP (All Foreign Auto Parts) is already in its own lane, but with William Nino, they're top 3 in my humble opinion. Amazing.

I called for a used alternator that no one else in the area had in stock, called these guys, had it in stock. Drove to get it, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with a used alternator that looked to be in very good condition. Got home and installed it, works like a charm. Huge thanks to All Foreign Used Auto Parts for saving me about $500 in parts and a healthy labor charge as well. This part came with a 3 year warranty as well for no extra charge. See you next time.

The worse people to deal with. I called them about 5 times to have the transmission picked up and they kept saying nobody called every single time. I’m stuck with transmission that they won’t pick up or refund my money. Buyers be aware
