Good experience. The technician asked for me to arrive a little early and I was able to. She called me back to the office within 5 minutes of arriving. She issued the equipment quickly and completed the paperwork efficiently. Very pleased with the service.Subsequently, the central supply technician provided quick service by phone.

I have been waiting on a call from this office, and have called multiple times and leaving messages, NO RESPONSE. Closed on Mondays and only open T-F 8:30-5pm. This is medical equipment that people need and should not have to chase after.

The oxygen concentrator I depend on has failed and after repeated calls I cannot get them to call back. It's a good thing I have cylinders but the situation is not good

Zero stars - is the company still in business. Been calling the place in Fredericksburg for 2 days. No one answers the phones at ANY extension! Not sure I wan them servicing my prescription with that level of customer care. No indication of their hours on the site or the phone service.

Customer service for callbacks are horrible. After a week of calling them (three times) to schedule an appointment...still no return call.

I have had an awe full time with this company. My doctor faxed in an prescription to them on December 20th, and I also hand delivered the prescription to their office twice. My doctor stated I was critical in need for this machine and after a month when they called my wife about her script, she got them to find mine and got me an appointment also. When showing up for the appointment the technician apologized and stated the the company hadn’t gave him what he needed. He had been trying for the last two days to get it. However I took off work for the appointment that didn’t happen due to their incompetence. Two days later now they say they can’t find my script (sleep study)

Ever since they switched to Apria this place has been nothing but a headache. ABC was recommended to me because it had excellent customer service, I knew it was done for when I found out they partnered with Apria.Besides being blown up by robo calls wanting me to call another number back, I’ve scheduled pickup for my recalled CPAP that I never use, twice. The reason I haven’t returned it sooner is because I work the hours they’re open therefore I cannot drop it off, and the rep on the phone was the one that suggested they come pick it up in the first place.If I needed assistance for a life-saving device I’d have aero confidence in them. I just want to cut all my ties with this company.

I was treated very nicely and professionally. Will greeted me and we went to his office where he explained in great detail the workings of the Res Med CPAP device. I am a long time patient of ABC and this was one of best experiences I have had. Thank you to you all. By the way, I will need new cushion face masks very soon. Thanks
