AAA was absolutely fabulous! They transformed my unattractive backyard into my family’s perfect “stay-cation” oasis. From the creative design, to the expertise of installation, to the gorgeous landscaping, AAA surpassed my every expectation with their experience and professionalism.The entire staff, Mark, Ian, Brian, Michelle, Travis and Eduardo, were all incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. But Ian was especially knowledgeable about every aspect of the project, from construction and mechanical issues to pool chemistry and everything in between and he was always available to this novice pool owner, with much appreciation.If you want to create a beautiful and luxurious resort just steps away, I absolutely recommend AAA Pools!

New pool owner here! Not a new pool but a new to me, very large in ground pool that has not had any sort of regular maintenance in what would appear to be SEVERAL years. AAA pools has help me navigate this "work in progress pool" and even get some good weeks of swim now at the end of summer. ( We didn't move in until the end of July". While the amount of patchwork done on the filtration system has been discouraging, AAA has helped me to not just throw in the towel for the summer. They also have my family looking forward to next spring and them fixing the pump, filtration and plumbing systems so that we do not have a repeat of the end of this summer! The office staff has been very helpful and patient (thanks Michelle, Travis, Ian and Marc) with my questions and somewhat daily visits. Every technician that has come out to the house has also done above and beyond for us and our pool. Today is sadly the day I am going to make a decision on a closing date for the season but I know AAA will help through this process. They will also likely enjoy a break from me for the winter, but I am sure I can find a reason to come chat! Thank you AAA.

I have had so many issues with my above ground pool that I was fed up but AAA Pools saved me this summer! Their staff, Ian, Michelle, Tim (several of them) and Shawn have saved my summer (so far) especially when my Granddaughter came to visit a few weeks ago and all she wanted to do was go swimming. They answer the phone whenever I call, patient with me and explaining why my pool is full of algae, walk me through how to add chemicals or flush the sand filter, etc. I wished all the companies I do business with treated me the way they do. Every year I ask for our pool to be swimmable by a certain date. I ask them “what day would YOU need to open the pool for me to jump in it?” Every year, on that date… it’s green. I get a new and different excuse each time. Please. Someone open a pool service in King George, VA.

This company has been absolutely amazing and has gone above and beyond what is necessary to assist our community pool which is an hour and a half away from their business. I would highly suggest anyone using this company with their friendly, knowledgeable, and go to any means to help fix a problem employees!! Rock stars!!?

If you're in the market for a swimming pool, I would strongly recommend AAA Pools. There are many options available to fit any budget. Very professional, helpful, and informative at all levels of the organization. From the initial appointment to completion, it took less than a year. Beginning of construction began in October and we were completed shortly after the new year. Happy family here! Thank you.

I highly recommend that before you decide to use AAA pools to install your pool that you research them thru the BBB and online reviews. They will promise you the backyard of your dreams only to live thru a nightmare dealing with them. We were told that once they started installing our pool it would take 3 weeks from start to finish. They started in August and it has been 5 months and our pool is still not complete. We have been more than patient and made all our payments, per the contract, even when I spoke with Brian (management) about some issues I wanted resolved before I made one of the payments and was told very rudely that I was the customer and I don’t tell them what to do that AAA pool does things there way and that I had to pay based off the contract that I signed. So, being the honest, moral, and ethical people that we are we paid thinking that AAA pools would also be honest, moral, and ethical and honor the contract as well and fix everything by the time the pool was completed. Didn’t happen. They have all of our money now and our pool is not complete. My husband and I are both retired disabled Marines with 55 years of service between the 2 of us so when we say think twice before using AAA pools you really need to do your homework on this one.Service: Custom Swimming pool design

After speaking with multiple neighbors who used AAA for their pool installation, we decided to do the same. The crew was always super friendly and professional. We had a few set backs due to weather, however, after the pool was done we were super happy. There were a few minor tweaks that had to be done after, however, I worked with Ian who works in the office and is awesome. He made sure everything was taken care of and always went the extra mile to make sure we were happy (like taking my call while he was on vacation). As a new pool owner, I had no idea what I was doing and was worrying about every little thing, however, Ian was always patient and made sure I had answers to my questions. My family has really enjoyed our pool this year and happy we went with AAA.Service: Inground pool installation

I'm a new pool owner. Purchased home in September 2021 and pool was beautiful and worked just fine. Another company serviced the pool with the previous owner. Couldn't get an appointment with them to winterize pool so, I went with AAA. They winterized and opened my pool. Pool was green sludge, plumbing was cracked and skimmer cracked from not being winterized properly. Spoke to owner and showed pictures of damage. Owner denies responsibility and wouldn't provide insurance company. His exact comment was \

Signed contract September 2020 for install end of January 2021.Construction started June 2021 for a "30-45" day project (still not complete May 27, 2022).Many issues:-Concrete color is salmon, not tan, even AAA workers have said they don't think it is the color they intended-$10k in damages to asphalt driveway (that we were assured by the owner wouldn't happen because we would start our build in January when the ground is frozen)-Major grading issues that causes pool to flood any time it rains-Project abandoned by Brian in August 2021-Firepit was thrown off to the side and not incorporated into our design-Poor Quality/Workmanship with concrete: no 90° angles, crooked lines, sharp surface, etc.-Tan fence installed with 3-4 different shades (after wrong fence color against our HOA was delivered)-Backwash line overflows/doesn't drain and is eroding our basement foundation and retaining wall-Not enough characters to continue this list.May 2022: Still waiting on project to be finished/corrected. No urgency because this is their "busy season" and have new pools to install.This is the biggest financial mistake I have ever made. Richard Shaver (owner) sat at my breakfast table and told my husband and I that he would build us a backyard oasis. He talked about God and doing good for people. Haven't heard from him since the day we signed the contract. I would love for him to photograph our project and proudly present it on his social media without using Photoshop.If I could have them dig it up and refund us, I would.Do your research, check reviews, BBB (they are not accredited), etc. There are better pool builders in the area (Marshall Pools).

I will be sure to post a more thorough review elsewhere but being that I am lock into only so many characters I will keep this short. We have been having terrible flooding in our basement to the pont that we have had to gut it. Through trial and error we have discovered that the culprit is a gap under our concrete patio constructed by AAA Pools. I will not bore you with the details on here but needless to say it has been over a month and a half trying to get this issue resoved. Myself and my husband have been both trying to get someone from AAA to take accountabliity and repair the problem. We just want to get our spare room back together before the holiday season, to no help of AAA pools and we were asking is to fix the issue they created, nothing more.
