I recently visited this 7-Eleven and had a disappointing experience. I picked up two cans of Liquid Death Slaughterberry tea, enticed by a sign that advertised them as two for $4. Additionally, I selected three taquitos and headed to the register.
At the register, I was informed that the teas were actually $2.79 each. I mentioned the sign that clearly stated two for $4, and the cashier asked the manager for assistance. The manager went to check the sign, but instead of looking at the correct location, he accused me of trying to get a different price. When I showed him the sign, he informed me that the deal was only for Liquid Death water, not the tea, and refused to honor the posted price.
Frustrated by the misleading signage and poor customer service, I decided not to purchase the teas and only bought the taquitos. I also mentioned to the manager that the store needs better organization to avoid such confusion.
This isn't the first time I’ve had issues at this location. Despite the manager being unhelpful and rude on previous visits, I gave this location the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, this experience only confirmed my disappointment. Accurate pricing and respectful customer service are essential, and this store failed on both counts. I hope they address these issues promptly to avoid further customer dissatisfaction.

this location has become horrible. The pumps never work, you can never use your card outside and then when you go inside it does not always work. I am not going back and forth to try and get gas each time I stop here. When it does work inside you never get the discount for being a rewards member when you use your number like when at the pumps or at other locations. Majority of the staff are always playing around and completely ignoring your requests or service at the desk because they are to busy carrying on with others in the store. I use to love coming to this location for the convenience of the location but I would rather just drive down the road a mile or so to the other if needed.

I always stop there to get my kids some snacks & On 8/1/2023 during midnight shift The cashier working there during the night shift who always looks mad at the world decided to tell my autistic child to step out the store because she had her dog and let me point out that she was carrying the dog in arms and didn't touch the floor, even though I clearly had stated at the begining that it is a Service Dog he said unless i show him proof and show him documents that states that the dog is truly a Service Animal he will not allow it inside! We feel completely discriminated. The owner needs to train their employees about the Federal Law rules when it comes to Service Dogs. !!!!

The power went out today while I was in the middle of purchasing. The cashier (Chelsea?) helped me through the transaction, while fielding a boat load of questions from customers and coworkers with the power out. You can't train "chill when things are not chill." Give her a raise.

Only come here bc of the convenient location, but it's ridiculous. The owners here are extremely rude and the pumps always seem to be down (can't even get the receipt at the pump anymore you have to physically walk in).

We live around the corner so stopping by this 7/11 is convenient. But their pumps are always out of fuel. We came again today and when we tried to pump … nothing… AGAIN. Why is this an issue here basically every other day.

I was just lectured by a cashier at this store about plastics in the ocean after politely asking for my items to be placed in a bag. I was taken aback by this and calmly told told her that if she had a problem with the use of plastic bags by 7-11 then she should quit her job and boycott the 7-11 Corporation. This diffused the situation and caused those around to chuckle a little. This unwarranted and unnecessary exchange initiated by her was extaordinarily unprofessional and I definitely don't need this sort of thing after a hard day. Her customer service skills are apparently non-existent and I won't be spending any more money at this location.

It's a gas station so not much to say, this one has decent room to maneuver and is usually not too bad. There's a place to fill your tires at the side of it. Within the Salem Fields shopping center so it's easy to stop when you are picking up groceries or going to Walmart or something. The crows like it as well.

The owner is extremely rude to the elderly. Apparently we're too slow. The night crew is amazing. They treat me with respect and always make me smile even if I'm slow. So thank you and Merry Christmas.

No mild or medium roast coffee. Clerk refused to make any. Said they only make two dark roast at night. Poor experience.
